“You will not be disappointed!! The prices are crazy good and there banana split is my personal favorite. You cannot really find anywhere anymore that offers pineapple and strawberries in your banana split so that sold me. Also there homemade waffle cones are super good! I highly recommend anyone to go try if you haven't been there before.”

“We were visiting our friends and had breakfast there once, and a snack a few days later. Everything was very good, and as Germans, we’re always impressed by how friendly the staff is there. I had breakfast with scrapple (I know it’s not healthy, but I just love the taste :-) ), and the waitress checked in on us often, just to see if we needed anything else or wanted more coffee—that’s what I call excellent service. When we visit our friends in Halifax again, we’ll be happy to come back.

“I’m here just about every weekday morning for a coffee before work. Love the 2 usual morning girls, they’re so sweet. At this point they know me by my car or my voice as I always put in a mobile order. Of course I’ve had a few messups with missing or incorrect food during dinner rush but I don’t mind. Ik how hectic and stressful working fast food can be especially when the line is backed up and the drive thru spots are full. They’re still so nice and as timely as possible”

“Delicious ice cream! The small size is so big, it’s a dream. I recommend getting a peanut butter milkshake and asking them to make it with chocolate soft serve instead of vanilla. Soooo good!”

“This authentic Chinese Restaurant is a fantastic addition to the otherwise dull fare of "quick joints" in Harrisburg . Unique menu with something for everyone. Dishes, in ample portions, are served "family style" at the center of the table on a glass "Lazy Susan". No need to pick up and pass, just turn. and add to your plate. Front of house Service is very attentive and always at the ready. Very friendly and will explain the cuisine. We were a party of 7 and each one of us enjoyed our meal and experience. this place is a gem. Poultry, Fish, Pork, and vegan options are available. Exotic fare is also on the menu. This place is great and I hope they are here to stay! Families and kids are welcomed. BYOB.”

Visited just before 3pm on a Wednesday and the parking lot was nearly full.

This is walk up counter service.

They have 3 picnic tables if you choose to not sit inside your car and eat.

I had coconut and my family members had butter pecan and mint chocolate chip, all were pleased with the flavor.

It’s easy off the highway to this location and well worth the stop.”

“Traditional American restaurant. This restaurant already operated for 75 years and now is managed by the 3rd/4th generations. The food is so good! We ordered a few entree(chicken bowl, 6 Oz sirloin steak, liver and onion) , the portion is big and the food is freshly made. The vegetable of the day is sautéed tomatoes and the sauce is superb!”
