Shine Coffee Co. is a favorite local spot with a warm, cozy atmosphere and amazing coffee. Customers love the morning wrap and the friendly, speedy service. The broccoli-cheese soup, triple decker sandwich, and Harvest Salad with grilled chicken are all excellent lunch options. The staff is welcoming, and the view of the river upstairs adds to the experience. While the cinnamon roll was a bit dry, the turkey pesto sandwich was delicious, with just the right amount of pesto and turkey. The iced mocha was a hit, ranking as the second favorite out of 10 tried recently. Despite the minor tweaks needed in some dishes, the overall experience at Shine Coffee Co. is enjoyable and worth a return visit for a local, unique coffee shop experience.
