“This strip needs a great spot just like this . Abundant selection of speciality/seasonal drinks with a welcoming atmosphere awaits you if you can get past the door handle .”
“Gotta say it. Good subs, decent pizzas but the winner is -.the cheese steak! Yum! With that in-shop made fresh bun and the sweet marinara sauce. Really good. Nice people and nice service, too. Will be back for more.”
“Picked up 2 subs on way to picnic. Have to say, this Liverpool Subway makes the best subs, period. Nice people, nice service, good subs. And.... their cheese steaks are fine, too. Tip: Always go with sweet onion sauce! Delicious!”
“Very nice townhome atmosphere. Play plenty of seating. Staff is very customer service oriented. I would eat here again highly recommendedParking: PlentyWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entrance is at right side door not front”
“Food, Service, Atmosphere all 5 stars. We have been hearing such good things about the Old Trail Tavern for some time and finally went to try the place out. The decore is really nice, kind of rustic. The food is amazing. I had a Delmonico medium rare and my darling wife had the fish and chips special, since she had steak the night before. They cook the steak over a wood fire and you can taste the wood smoke in every bite. It was done perfect. My wife's fish and chips was as good as I have ever seen it. The fish was flakes with a thin crispy breading and the fries are fresh cut. The service was really great. A gentleman named Charles could not have been more attentive, checking on us numerous times. At the end of the meal Charles tells us they heard it was our first time there and they wanted us to have desserts on the house. I had a chocolate peanut butter pie that would have put a diabetic into a coma and Mrs Snyder got the chocolate lava dessert to go. The price was extremely reasonable and we promised we would be back and would bring friends. If you have not been to the Old Trail Tavern in Liverpool, you are missing out on a wonderful evening of good food and great service. We will be regulars!Tell them Steve and Kathy Snyder sent you.”
“Great ice cream shop with wonderful staff. The flavors are amazing!Dietary restrictions: They carry lactose free options.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in from the sidewalk with large doorways.”
“I walked in with an appetite and was not disappointed. The food and ice cream was amazing! My husband and I split the salmon cake and meat sampler. In the meat sampler we got the pulled chicken, chopped brisket, pulled port, sweet sausage, ribs, and breaded chicken bites. Our favorites were the salmon cake, pulled chicken with zesty white sauce, chopped brisket with hot honey garlic bbq, and the sweet sausage. Everything was so good we ended up walking out with a zesty white sauce, hot honey garlic bbq sauce, and 1/2 gallon of teaberry ice cream. I will definitely be back!”
“We walked in and totally felt like we were in a rock and roll band. You order at the counter and they are quick to bring out your beverages. The food was fresh and their home-fries were tasty. The service was great and they came to check on us once to make sure we were all set!”
“Always love Bambinos! They make great food and their subs are top tier! As a pregnant woman they never drop the ball on any of their food and always give the best!”
“Large variety of breakfast and lunch choices. Breakfast served all day! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Iced latte was delicious! Panini was flavorful, stacked full of chicken and bacon! Definitely will go back soon!”
“I tell you what. You would not know this place would exist. It reminds me of a dive bar, but the food is wonderful and the service is top notch. They have a good selection of beers also.”
“I am on a wheelchair they are so wonderful on helping me get a place that I can be comfortable to set and eat we just had lunch there my husband had a burger steak and he said it was wonderful I had the crab cakes wow you talking about good my daughter had the ham loaf you want something good that is beyond good if you have never tried County Line try it you will go back I know we will”
“My first time here was on Monday March 18th, from out of town (Youngstown,Oh-io. Food was great. But the complete staff from behind the bar to the kitchen are a game maker for this Sports bar. You can have a great looking restaurant, which this is. But the staff is what makes or breaks it. Hands down and hats off the the staff at Max’s Grille & Sports Bar.Thank you.”
“The coffee is sooooo good. If you order a specialty coffee, it's always perfectly balanced. Never overly sweet or bitter. The atmosphere is also wonderful. Love being surrounded by the plants and fountains while sipping.Seriously, not enough good things can be said about the quality of the coffee and the atmosphere. The sandwiches are decent but pricey. My only major complaint is that other than putting a syrup in something they won't really make you a coffee that isn't on the menu. Which is really odd for a fully equipped coffee shop. Luckily for me all of the stuff on the menu is excellent!”
“Lake Tobias is one of my favorite places to visit when I am in PA! Friendly staff, affordable food, and the opportunities to interact with and feed a variety of animals make this wildlife park a unique and special place. The safari bus tours are my favorite part of this park! You are able to feed a variety of bison, gazelles, emus, etc. from your seat! You can purchase either pellets, popcorn, or carrots from the park and the prices are very reasonable. Pro tip: I have found that the animals really like the carrots and the kiddos really like the popcorn. The line for the tour can be long on busy days so make sure to bring something to entertain your kids. The animals eat right from your hand, which can be overwhelming for little ones or people with sensory sensitivities. The bus drivers are very knowledgeable and provide a variety facts about the animals and the park during the tour. The petting zoo has standard goats, camels, deer, etc. Be careful with the camels, some of them like scratches but some of them do not! Make sure that you stop by and pet the baby animals that are being socialized to humans near the petting zoo! I have been able to pet a baby bison, a calf, and a bunch of baby emus that were not as soft as I thought they were going to be. The exhibits are informative and some of the animals have a lot of space. The giraffes are a really long walk from the rest of the exhibits so be prepared! There is a hiking trail that will take you to the entrance of the giraffe exhibit that has birds and a very grumpy bobcat along the way. The trail has hills and is not disability or senior friendly so keep that in mind. If you stop by at the right time, then you may have the chance to feed a giraffe some lettuce or some other snack!Speaking of snacks, the food at the concession stands are delicious and very affordable! The burgers, chicken nuggets, and hot dogs at the Grille & Grub are all reasonably priced and hit the spot after all of that walking. The ice cream portions are generous and refreshing on hot summer days. There are a lot of covered seating areas near the concessions stands and scattered around the lakes. You can bring your own food if you want but with the affordable pricing at the concession stands you don't need to.If it is hot then make sure that you visit the reptile house or the museum for some air conditioning and information. The reptile house has exhibits around the walls of the building and you may get the chance to pet a snake or an alligator! There is a small amphitheater in the middle where keepers will bring out animals and give talks throughout the day. These talks are popular so get there early if you want a seat with a good view! The museum goes through the history of the park and is a loving tribute to the founder. There is an aquarium in the museum and staff who will show you some of the antlers or horns that the animals at the park have dropped. The park is open 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 6pm on weekends from June to August with shorter hours, limited activities, and/or only open weekends in April, May, September, October, and November (see the 2023 schedule below). Check back with the park website for their updated 2024 hours but the general concepts (only open for safari drive through in April and November, only open on weekends some months, etc.) have not changed in the past 3 years that I have been visiting. If you are coming from the south and taking the 225, there is a crazy bend in the road that you really need to be careful of (see the photo below). The park is located in a rural area but there is signage as you get closer to let you know that you are going the right way. You need to go past the John Deere store to get to the entrance. Parking is always free and admission at the time of this review was $19 for anyone age 3+ and includes all of the exhibits and the safari. You can pay $10 for the exhibits alone, but I highly recommend that you add on the safari! Active duty military and veterans are free with military ID. They don't have a way to purchase ti”

“Small hometown restaurant with great food and nice people. Definitely recommend! I had a BEC bagel and shared “silver dollar potatoes” (never heard of them before) with onions.”
“Stopped by on Sunday afternoon. Hubby had the wings(Cajun)and a side salad. I opted for the cheeseburger which hands down was homemade and the best burger I have had out in a long time. Cooked to perfection. We shared some onion rings. They were darn good. Shared a piece of coconut cream pie. The BEST!!! Our server was Betty A seasoned pro.So glad we stopped in. We will definitely go back and enjoy the entire river area.”
“Only ever get take out here when I am in the area so I can say that the pulled pork and beef are amazing and worth every penny. They have great flavor and seasoned nicely with a nice portion for a fair price. The owner is a great guy who will talk with you while he gets your order ready and make you feel that he truly is grateful for your business.”
“I absolutely love this place! I have told all my friends and family about it. The food is delicious, the service is amazing, and I love the overall look of this restaurant. 10/10, I absolutely recommend!”
“Very good and fresh food! Getting good tomatoes this time of year can be difficult - yet they were amazing!! Great value and amazing quality! Definitely recommend!”
“This place is the greatest! I eat here all the time and I brag about it to others. The girl who answers the phone is a complete sweetheart and so nice and great with the customers. I can’t get enough of this place. Thank you all locations for your amazing hospitality and cleanliness big hugs to all of you!!!!!!”
“*Update* got a burger tonight. Somehow better than last night. What a great burger. In town for business. Staying up at the lodge. Decided to grab their burger and fries.Very delicious. Its a Good, juicy and flavorful burger. I'm actually going to reorder tonight.”
“Only came here for a caramel macchiato latte but it was one of the best I had. Creamy like no other and just lightly sweet like I like. The place was jamming. Wish I had more time to stay to eat!”
“Thank you for accommodating our larger party than we made the reservation for! It was a special get together for our mom's 83rd Birthday so we very much appreciated it!”
“The food is tasty and the price is fair for the portions. The customer service is really awesome and the bathrooms are very clean. Their best dish is their large selection of cheeseburgers and melts. I got the Cheese Burger Melt.”
“My wife and I love going here. We know the owner and his girlfriend they are great people. They have great food and ice cream. There prices are excellent. Affordable for everyone.”
“If you're in Newport and looking for a drink, this is the place. It's not pretty, but it is the epitome of a hole in the wall. Beware, they allow smoking but not vaping inside. Drinks were reasonably priced. Patrons and staff alike were friendly.Parking: It's best to park in town and just walk as there aren't really any parking options at the bar itself.”
“Stopped in to get food for kids and parents while at soccer tournament. Got a few pizzas, salads, and chicken fingers. Food was great, and the owners were super welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!”
“I really like this place for the burgers. They're amazing. Sometimes I go back and forth between the chicken fingers and then I remember why I don't get them, they're very grisly. The older woman in the window that takes your order can be extremely rude sometimes. She tends to roll her eyes whenever your order just about anything on the menu Also a little tip, call ahead or you will be waiting about 25 mins for your food. The parking lot area could be a little better. But it works. It's a very busy outside with the highway being right there.”
