I like the newer menu! Our food was good, prepared well, and didn't take long. I had the southwest chicken wrap and appreciate the use of salsa & sour cream instead of mayo. My dining companion had the open faced ahi tuna on sourdough toast. He ordered it medium but would have enjoyed it more if opted for medium rare or rare. Other items on the menu also caught my eye so I'm looking forward to a return visit to try them.
I am traveling out of state on business and decided to stop in at Swing at Lykens Valley. I played a few rounds of golf before working up an appetite. I was seated at the patio which overlooked the green. It was picturesque. I ordered the House Salad and it was spectacular. The wait staff were very helpful. My waiter, Gabriel was fantastic.
