Yesterday I went to Dunkin’ in Hallstead PA. My coffee was old and absolutely disgusting and I order the same thing every time and it’s NEVER the same!On top of that the manager (Liz) was SCREAMING at one of her employees with a lobby full of people!
I would check your orders. All new staff. 1/2 cups served and toasted sandwich was not toasted :(
For the most part dunkin is great but I got the 2 dollar cotton candy coolatta for me and my husband and we could barely taste the cotton candy and it looks nothing at all like the picture.

Dunkin is a mixed experience - the coffee is made correctly and sweet, but the food can be hit or miss. The staff is friendly and amazing, with engaging greetings and clean restrooms. The drive-thru line can be slow, but the abundant parking makes up for it. The blueberry muffins are amazing and the s'mores drink is super good. Overall, it's recommended for a decent coffee fix and a pleasant atmosphere, despite sometimes having to wait a little longer when they get slammed with customers.
