I would check your orders. All new staff. 1/2 cups served and toasted sandwich was not toasted :(
For the most part dunkin is great but I got the 2 dollar cotton candy coolatta for me and my husband and we could barely taste the cotton candy and it looks nothing at all like the picture.
Thank you to the young lady that help my husband and I complete our order. I know she must’ve been tired. It was the end of the day and still, She was particularly helpful, patient and friendly. Five ⭐ s

Dunkin is a mixed experience - the coffee is made correctly and sweet, but the food can be hit or miss. The staff is friendly and amazing, with engaging greetings and clean restrooms. The drive-thru line can be slow, but the abundant parking makes up for it. The blueberry muffins are amazing and the s'mores drink is super good. Overall, it's recommended for a decent coffee fix and a pleasant atmosphere, despite sometimes having to wait a little longer when they get slammed with customers.
