This is one of the best arbys I ever stop at. Any time I'm driving through the hamburg area at lunch, this is where I stop! They have an older woman who works the window (maybe 2 of them), and it seems like she's been there since day one. She's just the perfect person for the job. She's humble, kind, and always willing to do the little extra to make sure your order is right. Never had a wrong order or messed up order at this place either. They tend to be a tad slower than most fast food places, but their accuracy is way better.
I ordered a beef and cheddar meal with curly fries. They said we don’t have curly fries. This is the second time in a row. I stop here and they don’t have curly fries so I said give me just the beef and cheddar sandwich then they tell me they don’t have the cheese for the beef and cheddar, so I got a roast beef on an onion roll for the regular price of a beef and cheddar. No discount either but if I would’ve wanted a cheddar cup I would’ve had to pay an extra $.50.
