I ordered a beef and cheddar meal with curly fries. They said we don’t have curly fries. This is the second time in a row. I stop here and they don’t have curly fries so I said give me just the beef and cheddar sandwich then they tell me they don’t have the cheese for the beef and cheddar, so I got a roast beef on an onion roll for the regular price of a beef and cheddar. No discount either but if I would’ve wanted a cheddar cup I would’ve had to pay an extra $.50.
I live very close by and love Arbys but I can't go to this one because every time I have went the food tasted old like it has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Needs a remodel. Staff is always friendly though.

This is one of the best arbys I ever stop at. Any time I'm driving through the hamburg area at lunch, this is where I stop! They have an older woman who works the window (maybe 2 of them), and it seems like she's been there since day one. She's just the perfect person for the job.
