I just left your store located inside of Walmart in Hamburg PA. I ordered four pretzels and when she handed me the bag I could instantly feel that they were hard. I asked the associate if they had any fresh ones available. She said they did not. I then asked for a refund. The associate asked her (I'm assuming) manager and the manager asked if she could squeeze my pretzel to feel the hardness. I said yes but in retrospect I should have said no.
