Waited it a while to get food and nobody came out of the back to provide service even though multiple employees saw me waiting .
This was not a good experience, and I should have driven the extra miles to get a decent Burger King meal.
First and foremost, the manager (older gentleman wearing a sweater and headset) had clear tunnel vision. While the drive-through had cars, the inside dining area had a growing line of about six parties. After waiting five minutes, he finally helped the couple ahead of me, then returned to focusing solely on drive-through orders, completely ignoring inside customers. Another ten minutes passed before I was finally helped by a young man—tall, pleasant, and polite—who took my order. It then took another eight minutes for the food to be ready.
My order was a double Whopper with cheese, heavy onions, and pickles on the side. What I received was a very dry sandwich with little to no mayonnaise or ketchup, and the pickles were on the sandwich despite the request. The meat was dry and lacked flavor. The fries (no salt) were at least piping hot. The chicken sandwiches were only warm and extremely dry, with barely any mayonnaise—certainly not enough to cover the chicken—and the lettuce was old and limp.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was also disappointing. The floors were dirty upon entering and throughout the dining area. Tables needed to be wiped down. The ketchup bin had only two or three packets left, requiring me to ask for more. The napkin dispenser was nearly empty and needed refilling, and the soda counter was sticky.
Meanwhile, the drive-through continued moving efficiently.
This was very disappointing, especially for 4:00 PM. I’ll gladly drive an extra 15 minutes to the Bethel or 5th Street locations in the future. This manager needs to either staff appropriately or delegate better—inside customers deserve the same attention as the drive-through.

Very hit or miss. I was given an order in drive thru not matching what I thought was ordered. The manager implied customers should not be using the app since BK employees are not trained to support it.

Burger king is getting way too expensive. And it just doesn't taste as good as a home cooked burger. I don't know what the process is for making their food but it all tastes like processed food to me anymore. Something they add to their food either as an ingredient or a preservative just destroys the natural flavors of the food. Not terrible for a quick stop when you're starving and can't make it home.

All I gotta say is, Bethel BK NEEDS to take notes. This BK is much faster, it actually feels like they somewhat care about their service. My order was actually right even with modifications 😱Even tho this BK is an extra 15 min drive for me, its so much worth it to me.

Floors by the soda machines were filthy and beyond sticky. Staff can't get a royal chicken sandwich right with cheese. The store was disgusting.

I come in the store at least 3 times a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I ask for my burgers or chicken to be fresh made. The guy expediting the food and the guy cooking gave me a difficult time. The guy up from was raising his voice wanting to know if there was anything wrong with the burger from the warmer. Andrew stepped up and said he was going to take care of it. He went back and cooked my whopper. I will be calling the district manager about my problem with getting my food on the night shift. These guys have got to go.
