I've been going to Pappys for a LONG time and we've always had a good time but it's impossible to talk to friends when there's a band. I would have given service a higher score because our waitress was awesome but everyone in my party got their food before I did and all I ordered was a quesadilla. They need a better cook.
A nice gem hidden behind the Micro Tel. The food was decent, out of a large group I was the only one who wasn't thrilled with my food. The burger bun seemed like it was frozen, thawed, and toasted. Everything else was really good. The waffle fries and fresh cut fries were really good. The chicken strips, chicken Parm, and cheese steaks were also very good. They do a nice salad as well.
