November 18, Saturday around 12 noon I decided to grab a quick breakfast while out running errands and placed my mobile order. When I pulled in, the line was wrapped around the building and probably about 80% of the parking was taken up. I went in to wait and there were other people waiting for pickup as well as people ordering. Helpful, friendly, sharp staff. This location’s Maple bacon egg white cheddar croissant is better than at any other locations. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right and other locs need to take lessons!

We used the kiosk since it was available and the two ladies working were busy. Got the order in easily, paid, and sat down to wait since they were clearly doing other orders. The problem is that there were close to half a dozen people that came in after us, ordered with one of the ladies working, and got their orders while we simply sat there waiting. It was about twenty minutes after we paid that they grabbed the six doughnuts we ordered.
