We used the kiosk since it was available and the two ladies working were busy. Got the order in easily, paid, and sat down to wait since they were clearly doing other orders. The problem is that there were close to half a dozen people that came in after us, ordered with one of the ladies working, and got their orders while we simply sat there waiting. It was about twenty minutes after we paid that they grabbed the six doughnuts we ordered.

My son got a cup here as a gift. It broke within 24 hours. I drove over 40 minutes to bring the cup back for a replacement. The shift supervisor and the manager Jocelyn would not replace the cup and refused to assist me in any way. My son is devastated, he was so excited about his new cup and then it broke so soon. Junk products and horrible customer service!

The past four times I’ve been to this Dunkin in the month of December my order has been messed up every single time, no one runs the register inside so if your gonna order there forget about it unless you want to stand around for five minutes waiting for someone to notice you. The coffee never tastes right nor has the right flavoring in the drink the food is cold and mobile ordering is all over the place 0/10 terrible service and environment

One of the worst donut shops I have been too. Not enough help and donuts tasted old. Was 10am.
Do not waste your time stopping at this Dunkin’ Donuts. This is the third time that I’ve stopped at this place I drive through Hamburg often. And every time I get a latte, hot latte and it is Luke warm. I don’t understand the problem. Just don’t waste your time. Unless you want a cold, iced coffee, then get that but if you want a hot coffee or a hot latte, you are out of luck.

November 18, Saturday around 12 noon I decided to grab a quick breakfast while out running errands and placed my mobile order. When I pulled in, the line was wrapped around the building and probably about 80% of the parking was taken up. I went in to wait and there were other people waiting for pickup as well as people ordering. Overall, they were absolutely slammed but all of the employees held their cool and moved through the orders very well despite being busy and I’m sure running out of product like crazy. Not to mention the atmosphere was overall very clean for the amount of guests and employees
Helpful, friendly, sharp staff. This location’s Maple bacon egg white cheddar croissant is better than at any other locations. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right and other locs need to take lessons!
