“I had a fantastic experience at this Dunkin’! The service team was exceptional—every staff member greeted me with a smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it really shows in both their attitude and efficiency.
The location itself was spotless. From the counters to the seating area, everything was clean and well-maintained—definitely a cut above what you might expect from a typical quick-stop coffee shop.
It’s also super easy to get to, especially if you’re traveling along the Northeast Extension or heading to Cabela’s. Whether you’re on a road trip or just need a solid coffee and breakfast stop before a shopping run, this Dunkin’ nails it on convenience and quality.
Highly recommend stopping in—great people, great coffee, and a great way to start your day!“

“Honestly its great place. The only reason it dont get 5 stars is because of the slow pace they have. If they could pick up a sence of ergency and not have cars waiting for 20mins in line it would make 5 stars. That's even on the good days when they are staffed.“

“Wow, I just had to drop a review this morning. Swung in for a coffee and donut and it appears like they have some new faces working there now. The young lady that was at the drive-thru window was very sweet and friendly, and it's quite refreshing to see someone like this at this place. Enough said on that, but she deserves a good review!“

“I tend to stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts on my way to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, because it’s conveniently located just off the highway near Route 222/Kutztown. It’s an easy stop to jump off and back on the road. However, my experience with this location has been a bit mixed, leading to my four-star review for the atmosphere.
While the location itself is convenient, one major issue stands out during the summer months: the farm directly across the street. The farm, which was obviously there long before the Dunkin’ was built, releases a strong odor on hot days. Unfortunately, this can make the drive-through experience unpleasant. There have been times when the smell was so overwhelming that my family and I decided to skip this location altogether and head to another one further down the road.
While I’m used to farm life, I can see how this could catch others off guard—especially those stopping by for a quick coffee who might not expect such a sour odor in the air. It’s a factor I’m sure the developers didn’t anticipate when choosing the location, but it’s something that impacts the overall experience and might even affect sales.
That said, this Dunkin’ is otherwise fine for a quick stop, but be mindful of this issue if you’re visiting during the summer heat.“
