When you walked in they did not greet us and the workers were just standing around and worrying about talking rather than taking my order. I will not be coming back to this Dunkin. Both the drinks I ordered were horrible and did not taste right at all. They also did not fill my one drink all the way and told me that it was full of everything it contained. The coffee tasted watered down and gross.
This location is horrible. Hamburg by cabelas. You place your order..and wait 20 minutes for part of whatever you order. They just keep taking order after order, while everyone just stands there waiting. There's like 15 kids working there, everyone doing something different. No organization . Since they remodeled this location, I've stood there, while they talk in front of me ..but never stopped to take a order. I've waited 20..to 25 minutes for 2 drinks, and 1 wasn't right. We waited longer to fix it. Every time we go it's like this. A total mess.

I frequent at this dunkin, and usually have a fairly good experience. The last few times i’ve been there, the person over the speaker in the drive through is very blunt and rude.
I rarely order donuts, but decided i wanted one this morning and this is what i opened the bag to. Pretty disappointing!

i got take out and my donuts icing was drippy and all smeared off. worst dunkin. my coffee always taste different and they’ve messed it up multiple times. wouldn’t recommend this dunkin to anyone.
