Only ordered a burger ! Extra cheese( didn’t get it) dark onions ! Just put the n the grill please until the burger is done ! Nope and then I asked her to do it just put them on top the cold ones she put in . If I’m paying 14.00 please just pay attention to the details! Thank you

This Five Guys hits the mark on food, service and atmosphere. Our cheeseburgers were freshly made along with the order of fries. The milkshake was perfect too. Although excellent on all parts, as well as being a big fan of Five Guys, the only downfall is the price. A bit steep at $41 for fast food.

This is my "go to" Burger spot in Hamburg. Whenever I have a hankering for a delicious, juicy, perfectly done 2 party burger, I must stop here. 5 guys had always been pricey and honestly quality ingredients, atmosphere and excellent service means I'm happy to pay it.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

It’s five guys so of course the food is great! This location consistently has excellent service. Greeted instantly, great food, didn’t take very long, and most importantly hot and fresh! Big thanks to the workers for working Christmas Eve! Smooth, well managed and very clean!
Good food but $20 for a little burger, little fries, and a regular drink is crazy. I’ll only eat 5 guys special occasions and only alone. I can’t afford to bring the family! I think eating in Disney World was cheaper on a recent trip there. Seriously... Nice staff and it was clean.

Total was $90 for 2 adults and 2 kids to eat and actually my 10 year old only got fries and milkshake. Next time I'll make sure I wear a tuxedo because I wasnt aware this was a high end restaurant.The largest burger we got was so greasey and fell apart which made it difficult to eat.Staff was excellent, very kind and accommodating.

Burgers are okay fries are really good. But to pay 14 bucks for a double bacon cheeseburger to me is insane. My burgers on my own grill are just as good. Won't be back anytime soon. Was a store in my location closed due to lack of business I can see them all closing soon with those prices
