Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

The water ice had ice chunks in it. I got a pretzel. They did not have any mustard and when we asked for mustard, they acted like they were annoyed that they had to get up and gave us an attitude.

Tastes good but really expensive

The customer service is great! The Italian ice of course is amazing. They always have the flavors we want. The parking is the problem. If you live right there in Hamburg and can walk its great, but if you need to drive its another story. No parking really and people who are parking or leaving don't pay attention at all.

A middle aged woman was extremely rude to me while taking my order and had an attitude and was careless, also the manager makes her friends to leave good reviews to cover up how terrible the place is and how dirty it can be, I truly wish Rita’s cared about their attitude more. I wish I could knew her name but she has grey hair, glasses and was short. She was overall unprofessional and they have no name tags to identify who the worker is.

Rita’s in Hamburg Pa is the best! The owners as well as the workers are kind and courteous. Great place to take your family. Love this place!

One of my favorite places to take my kids. The employees & owner are always patient & kind, and helpful as my kids taste test new flavors. So nice to have this location here in Hamburg!

I was absolutely disgusted with my trip to Rita’s. The employee who took my order never smiled and carried a noticeable attitude. The bathroom was out of order and in a filthy condition. The manager on duty was just as unprofessional—she was rude, never greeted me, never smiled, and wasn’t even wearing a name tag. I would call her out directly if I could. She looks like: Grey hair, glasses, and was short.

When Rita’s first came to Hamburg, it was amazing—kids would stop by after school for a sweet treat, and the place had a welcoming vibe. Unfortunately, those days are gone. With customer service and cleanliness this poor, I will not be returning.
