I just sat in this place long enough to drink almost all of my hot grande sized coffee, waiting for my food. The guy who made them (I'm aware how busy it is in here) is such a low talker, I didn't hear him say my name. I am on my way somewhere. I don't have time for this. By the time I went and searched for my food, it was cold.

Got a matcha and found out they don't know how to mix so now there's just chunks of powder in my drink and it's disgusting. Paying 10 bucks for a drink that you have to sit and try to break the chu KS and mix it for 20 minutes. Honestly ridiculous it's not that hard to mix matcha

Pleasant baristas. Coffee fresh and hot. Decaf cappuccino, excellent. Bagels fine, usual prepackaged but toasted nicely.

Didn't have a care in the world I was disappointed they didn't have blonde roast on.
I have a 2 and a half hour drive across pa and I get told sorry have a good day....
Buying two ventis with the extra shot and my business in blooms urg speaks as well I spent a lot on Starbucks no one else gas stations are free coffe dunkin is imation and flavor but now this Starbucks is just not existent to me.
This is rather unfortunate.

I walked in to order my coffee. When I went to add sugar to my coffee, I noticed an orange-red object sitting in top of the ice. No big deal, these things happen. But the attitude I got when I asked for it to be redone was crazy.
I pointed it out to the girl at the counter and asked for another. No apology, no comment, just a disgusted face, snatched it off the counter, and walked away with the drink. I watched her angrily dump it, aggressively throw out the cup, and make another. When she came back, she placed it on the counter, said nothing, and just walked away.
I go to Starbucks for the better quality coffee. I don't think I should pay that much to be treated like I'm an inconvenience. I mean, it's it really an inconvenience to not have a random object floating in your drink?

Went thru the drive thru today really craving this drink I always get that I found off TikTok. It’s been my Starbucks drink for about 4 years now. Asked to get something blended in my drink and she said they could put it on top but not blend it and I said I wanted it blended and that any other time I’ve come or gone to another location they have had jo problem doing this. She then proceeded to get irritated with me and nasty and said “ugh fine I guess we can do that” anything else?” As I paid she never asked or gave me a receipt and they gave me a grande when I had asked for a venti. So I’m really hoping I didn’t spend the money for a venti when I was given a grande. Never had this service before and quite honestly don’t know if I’ll come back to this location anymore
Paid seven dollars for a drink that was frozen and asked for a bigger straw because the smaller straws are hard to drink a frozen drink through. I was told that they couldn’t give out the bigger straws. Definitely will not be returning as this has never been an issue at any other location.
