I walked in to order my coffee. When I went to add sugar to my coffee, I noticed an orange-red object sitting in top of the ice. No big deal, these things happen. But the attitude I got when I asked for it to be redone was crazy.
I pointed it out to the girl at the counter and asked for another. No apology, no comment, just a disgusted face, snatched it off the counter, and walked away with the drink. I watched her angrily dump it, aggressively throw out the cup, and make another. When she came back, she placed it on the counter, said nothing, and just walked away.
I go to Starbucks for the better quality coffee. I don't think I should pay that much to be treated like I'm an inconvenience. I mean, it's it really an inconvenience to not have a random object floating in your drink?

Went thru the drive thru today really craving this drink I always get that I found off TikTok. It’s been my Starbucks drink for about 4 years now. Asked to get something blended in my drink and she said they could put it on top but not blend it and I said I wanted it blended and that any other time I’ve come or gone to another location they have had jo problem doing this. She then proceeded to get irritated with me and nasty and said “ugh fine I guess we can do that” anything else?” As I paid she never asked or gave me a receipt and they gave me a grande when I had asked for a venti. So I’m really hoping I didn’t spend the money for a venti when I was given a grande. Never had this service before and quite honestly don’t know if I’ll come back to this location anymore

Paid seven dollars for a drink that was frozen and asked for a bigger straw because the smaller straws are hard to drink a frozen drink through. I was told that they couldn’t give out the bigger straws. Definitely will not be returning as this has never been an issue at any other location.

Went there and they had no brewed starbucks coffee. We are on a road trip and needed some coffee....they were giving americanos which is not coffee. 🤷🏾♀️ Waste of a stop off the road... plus the batista didn't have the best attitude.
Their system was down and they only accepted cash, I had only $100 bills and $50, they did not accepting these bills! And their system was down to pay! So they left us with no choice! And the person was speaking to us was soooo rude and disrespectful! Starbucks should not allow people like that to work with them.

While I understand what i ordered was an iced drink 8 dollars for 80% ice and 20% drink is ridiculous. Finished this in 2 minutes. Compared to other Starbucks locations this is my worst experience. Tried to give them multiple chances yet they keep watering down their drinks sadly. Hopefully management will see this and do better

While visiting the area, my grandchildren and I stopped on in. "Yildi" was so nice and professional with me. Her great big smile and offer to make a fresh batch of coffee just for me, made me smile! Thank you. ☕️

Twice i did not get cold foam on the things i order today i order a nondairy vanilla sweet cold foam iced coffee no sweet cold foam and i wasnt arguing with the lady but you pay alot for a coffee it should be done right please
