Great experience. I had a chicken ranch wrap and a strawberry lemonade. ☺ Everything was relish. The service was fast also. Only thing I hated was the employees yelling at each other behind the counter. Like seriously?🤔😣🙄

Did an online order, went to drive thru and told us to pull up to window to pick up. Order was not ready and we had to wait a good 5 minutes at the window to receive our food

I was waiting about one half hour. Several people were waiting for their order.! A taco salad and drink. Finally I asked about it because my name was not up on the screen. They Lost It !!!!!! Then to top it off the tortilla strips chips I got look like they were stepped on! Also The soda machine was out of everything! The person that was frying Fries was making a mess on the floor near the fryer. She was removing burnt fries. She was lifting them out and putting them in a trash can next to the fryer. In the process she was dropping fat on the floor on the walking area ! She should have pulled the can out. Someone could have slipped on the fat!

Burgers were old and buns were stale. Dr pepper had a cardboard like flavor. Drive thru was quick tho probably because they didn't make anything fresh :(

Sat night - Went to Wendy's for a frosty float. I had just gotten one two days prior from the same restaurant. Girl at the drive thru says they don't have them. I said they do I just got one 2 days ago & I described the cup they come in. She made a comment about my nasty attitude & after a short pause, I told her to forget it as I didn't want her spitting in my food & I drove away. I swear every employee was crammed into the pick up window to get a look at me. I immediately pulled over & tried calling twice to speak to a manager but the staff refused to answer the phone. Believe me - it wasn't crowded or busy in any way. Monday am I tried to call & speak to a manager again. Like before-no one answers the phone. I guess that's why employees are rude - no supervision and certainly no training if they don't know what products they sell.
It’s 7:46pm on 9/26/2024. Granted- when you think of a Wendy’s you know what to expect- delicious food, a family oriented atmosphere… the food was ordered more than 15 minutes ago and all that can be heard in the restaurant is the staff bickering… I thought not to mention something because it seems like they’re just trying to enjoy their job- but they are certainly crossing the lines of professionalism. They are so loud, they are being rude to each other. It’s making the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Won’t return here again…

Slooowwest Wendy's I've ever been at!!! Ever!!! Better have an extra half hour to stand in line to just oder your food!! Will not return here. Hardly No sauce on the nuggets and one short. 9 instead of 10...never again!!
