Long wait for an exceptionally bad burger. Dry meat and stale bun. Unfortunately, the employee made the frosty well before my burger was ready. By the time I got to the frosty, it was a soupy mess. Worst Wendy's ever.

Went in around 9:00pm. Place was dirty and looked unkempt. Upholstery completely torn up.
2 employees were bickering and ACTIVELY ignoring us for 5 minutes. The kind of ignore were you know they saw you, but are doing their best to not even look in your direction. We should have left then, but let them finally take our order, and 15 minutes later no food. Manager was complaining to his employees loud enough for all to hear. Asked the manager for a refund, he just rolled his eyes and took my receipt. Played on the register for 2 minutes. Funny thing is we never got the refund and had to file a credit card dispute. Would not recommend at all.
Great experience. I had a chicken ranch wrap and a strawberry lemonade. ☺ Everything was relish. The service was fast also. Only thing I hated was the employees yelling at each other behind the counter. Like seriously?🤔😣🙄

Did an online order, went to drive thru and told us to pull up to window to pick up. Order was not ready and we had to wait a good 5 minutes at the window to receive our food
I was waiting about one half hour. Several people were waiting for their order.! A taco salad and drink. Finally I asked about it because my name was not up on the screen. They Lost It !!!!!! Then to top it off the tortilla strips chips I got look like they were stepped on! Also The soda machine was out of everything! The person that was frying Fries was making a mess on the floor near the fryer. She was removing burnt fries. She was lifting them out and putting them in a trash can next to the fryer. In the process she was dropping fat on the floor on the walking area ! She should have pulled the can out. Someone could have slipped on the fat!
