Went through drive through today ordered 3 burgers, cheese fries and chilli. We did not get a spoon nor any of our burgers! Last week we couldn't get anything with bacon, said it would be 30 minute wait. Need more competent management or staff who care about customer service!

Trash cans were overflowing no ketchup in the dispenser or napkins took awhile to get our food the food wasn't bad employees looked liked they wanted to be anywhere but there.

Okay I was in the establishment a few days ago with my daughter who is 11 years old and as soon as we walk in a hispanic male says to her that he likes her jeans which were your regular run of the mill jeans nothing special but i thought that was weird but i let it go and then we get to the register and we wait in line so long that i tell my daughter that she can go have a seat but to make sure mommy can see her and stay away from the male in the lobby so I'm watching her and when i finally get to where i can make my order the counter is dirty and has crumbs all over it like they are eating on the counter i can clearly see there is meat on the floor which is unsanitary there is liquid on the counter and the manager that day was Amber and she just lolligagging and playing and not making her workers do what they need to be doing i asked what the male in the lobbys name was and i was told Carlos and he needs to be watched because why is he commenting on little girls jeans i don't know what is going on here but something needs to be done

I came in there a week or so ago and I am positive that the manager on duty was Amber because i asked an employee a nice gentleman came in to start his shift as i was in line and there was meat on the floor which is unsanitary for starters but the manager goes on to tell him that the meat is expired and that she wants him to cook it THAT WAS MY LAST TIME EVER VISITING THIS LOCATIONParking: PARKING IS DANGEROUS BECAUSE OF THE DRIVE THRU AND CARS BEING IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE AND YOU HAVING TO NAVIGATE THRU THAT TO GET INSIDE THAT STORE AND SOMETIME THE LINE IS ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BUILDING AN WHEN THOSE PEOPLE ARE WAITING FOR GOD KNOWS HOW LONG TO GET THERE FOOD THEIR ANGER AND FRUSTRATION MAY MAKE THEM NOT CHECK BEFORE THEY DECIDE TO MOVE UP AND ACCIDENTALLY HIT AND HARM SOMEONE PARKING SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FIGURED OUT AND NOT RIGHT NEAR THE DRIVE THRU

A lot of the people here are very nice and seem to enjoy their work atmosphere but when I came through this evening, 2/19/24, the gentleman’s taking orders in the drive through seemed like he hates his job and just overall unfriendly and very rude.Otherwise the food and service is good.
