I loved Jersey Mike's but last few times the quality and value have gone down. Ordered subs with extra meat and cheese and seemed like less than usual. Also ordered two bowls and was very disappointed. They had a minimal amount of lettuce and meat and were very dry.

Best ever!!! Best sub ever.. beats Jimmy johns, big time.... philly cheese steak, tomato, lettuce, little bit of mayo. Bread is fresh..like cotton. I don't eat it, I inhale it!!!!!so!!so good!! I ALWAYS get giant sub.

Online order 4 hours in advance was not ready. 1 of 4 sandwiches ordered was gluten free, but wrong sandwich was labeled. Could have caused a serious problem.

We were treated to lunch from Jersey Mike’s from my job today. The food was ready quickly. I ordered the club sub in a tub Mikes way it was good except for the huge amount of mayo piled on the center of my salad. Why? The salad has dressing on it. If you need to include mayo put it on the side in a separate container. If I order this again again it will be no mayo.

The food is excellent. The staff is courteous. The restaurant is clean and pleasant. The only issue I found were the prices. For an 18in hoagie you're paying $18 (plus change). For one person it's fine, but for a family of four, you'd pay $72 (not including tip). For one meal around this area, that's a lot of money unless you are blessed enough to be able to afford those prices. Other than that, the place is great.

I was not impressed. The sandwich was lacking meat. There was no choice of bread. They are quite overpriced! You can get two 12” Subways with a choice of bread and toasted for less money and more menu choice's. I don’t think I will be going back!

Wow the most unfriendliest bunch of employees I have ever met! The white slimmer lady had the nastiest attitude of them all and did not smile once. She even seemed annoyed that I was ordering. Sorry that you work here honey.

Ordered takeout on the app, got a giant chicken bacon ranch sandwich to split between two people, a portabella cheesesteak bowl, and a chipotle cheesesteak regular sandwich, the chicken bacon ranch was good, but then we saw the other two items, the bowl first off, had no peppers, no onions, and no mushrooms, and the portion, while tasteful was insanely small, should’ve been called a cup instead of a bowl, and the chipotle cheesesteak HAD MUSHROOMS PEPPERS AND ONIONS DESPITE IT NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO HAVE MUSHROOMS, AND THE ONIONS AND PEPPERS BEING TAKEN OFF. So that makes me think they took the mushrooms, peppers, and onions that were SUPPOSED to be in the bowl, and put them on the chipotle, very disappointed and will from now on think twice, maybe three times when we think about ordering here again

I spoke with the manager about the issues and they apologized and will hopefully implement hairnets. I love JM’s and will be back to this location. No place is perfect but I appreciate them taking the feedback. Hopefully it’s a small fix. Will be back to have my favorite Club Supreme again. All in all this experience shouldn’t prevent anyone from going. The staff is nice and seem to enjoy the atmosphere they are working in. They take feedback well and were genuinely concerned apologetic and appreciative. Great staff and hopefully it will only get better with time.

I was visiting from the city and was happy to see my favorite sub shop in Hamlin. The food was good until we found a hair in it. While ordering our food we noticed they wore visors and not hair nets and visors. My family member found a long hair in their food and my family member is bald so we were sure it wasn’t from him. I would advise this place to wear hair nets and visors. Until then be mindful that a visor is not enough to prevent someone’s hair from falling into your food and it is possible here to find a hair in your sub as my relative did. Great service nice staff but they need to fix that large oversight. Visors are not hair nets. They keep sun out of your eyes not hair out of my food.
