“This is my only way for the customers to know the truth about Carol Lauda’s review!I am an employee at John’s and have been for nearly 10 years. Carol was extremely combative and rude while I took her order and she never asked for anything special with her orders. She then demanded we spilt the order (while that was never asked of us)in the front, while there was 10+ other customers waiting to be helped, she proceeded yell profanities and scream in our owner and other employees face. At John’s we love our customers and wouldn’t be here without them, we would do anything to accommodate them and make sure they are happy! However Carol is the one who was unapologetically rude, disrespectful, and should feel ashamed of how she treats service industry employees.”

“Good place to eat. We went twice. First time was for clams and shrimp special, and second time was for the prime rib special. Both times we had great food and friendly/fast service.”

“The atmosphere is inviting. The young ladies behind the counter were very quick and relayed that they were out of the bagel, I ordered. It took less than 5 minutes to get in and out.”

“I was the obly car in line,my food was quick and i pulled in the lot to eat my breakfast :)while i was sitting there instead of having all their employees working on the line, they decided to send somebody outside in down pouring rain to sweep their already clean lot. That is very nice and a good habit, but really?Throughout all this they are just consistenetly pulling every single car ahead and parking them just to get them off their timer. And they arent sitting there for a few min. We are talking 8-10min+ per car juat to keep them off the stack.Mind you they only had an on/off flow of 2-3cars every several min while i ate my meal and then the line completely cleared off for a few min before another small little burst came inIm sure the drivethru times are showing look amazing. May want to go over some stuff here. But you do you.”

“We got Mexican food here tonight and it was so good. Ordered the boneless bites, beef burrito and wet burrito with chicken and red sauce. Portions were generous, price was good and obviously food quality great as well. The boneless bites are amazing!!! Didn't know they delivered, and so happy that I was able to chose off the Mexican menu which I was not aware they had either ??.”

“This is a really special American restaurant. The food is very good. There is care in most every dish. Some of the dishes have a very unique and total commitment from scratch. A lot of older people here are sort of crumbing it up, I’m jk. Their grilled portobello mushroom sandwich was a big reason why I started cooking myself over ten years ago and wanting to study hobby culinary. If you can make a mushroom taste that good in place of meat, the wheels are turning.”

Pretzel-like bread was especially delicious. Great variety of different schnitzel and German meats. Didn't order and beer, but many different options available. Fresh and made right there in the adjoining kitchen to dining area. Feels intimate and as if you're enjoying a home cooked meal.Special recognition to the experience and atmosphere. Owners are great hosts and make you feel like family.”

“2nd time here. First was spur of the moment had to sit at bar and eat. Ordered filet mignon rated it 8.5 of 10 had to come back to try again at table service. Made reservations they squeezed us in same day as call tried to order filet again but they were out? Friday night out already 5:30 pm? Very disappointed but ordered the strip steak. Steak was cooked perfect but sauce on it was just ok. Dinner does come with warm bread and side salad both were delicious”

“Such a fun spot!!?Make sure to get the soft pretzel app; the homemade mustards are out of this world!! Side note: if you get a side salad, I recommend the house dressing because it is also made with the delicious mustard. All of our entrees were delicious and made with love. My personal favorite was the pork schnitzel with capers, but the tilapia was juicy and well-seasoned too. Also, the portions are generous, and they have an awesome selection of beer. We also got the Black Forest cake, which was pretty tasty and the right size to split with the table.But possibly the best part of Nurnberger Bierhaus? The staff!! Everyone was SO friendly and kind. Shout out to our awesome waitress, Bonnie, for making the experience. She had excellent recommendations! I will definitely be back to grab another beer and a brat :)”
