The service was amazing.The only thing that might be better is the food. Going to John's, you get a nice warm welcome from a maître d'. followrf by thee very lovely staff to help you out.Highly recommended

Food wasn't bad. My biggest complaint were the gnats and flies and how dirty the place was. Our server was friendly but very forgetful and had to keep fixing our order. Won't be rushing back there anytime soon

Got two cheeseburgers and chicken tenders to go, but when we got home we found out the burgers were charred. I’m not sure if that is the usual way it is cooked, but it definitely had that bad burned taste. I would not recommend coming here.

Since it's the only real place to get something to eat in hamlin, it's a little crowded the chicken Anthony is delicious. You can't believe how much you get. Parking can be rough.

We’ve been going to John’s since 2018. The food is good. It is cozy but I just wish they’d play some old Italian music (or any music) to create a better atmosphere in the dining room instead of silence. It would be so nice.

A great local Italian Restaurant, plenty of parking. Meal starts with warm, fresh plain and garlic bread, continues with delicious soups and tasty entrees, finishing with traditional Italian desserts. All in all a good value and most enjoyable time. And, as a bonus, if you're a senior, Wednesday has a surprisingly good Senior Menu.
Been going here for many years; usually food is good no real problems. Today I arrived at about 2:57pm for lunch. I was seated, then went to washroom to wash hands I come back and notice I don't have a lunch menu. Thought it was an oversight but management told my server dinner only too late. I'd understand if I came at 4 or 5. But know one even tried to offer lunch..just no. Pretty sad customer service

My 86 year old mother loves there Chicken parm. She gets it every time we go here. She gets enough food for 2 days.
