This facility could use some improvement. Every time I come here the wait is unreasonable and the friendliness of some of the employees could be better. The food is on par as far as fast food restaurants are concerned, but customers can expect a 15 to 20 minute wait (even for small orders) and below average customer service.

Ordering online / app is pointless. The point of that is to order ahead so you can grab food quick to get in and out.The employee had me stand at the counter while she talked to her coworker at a table by the door until letting me know she doesn't start the order until you arrive. She continued to tell me why even though I was in a rush, ignored a customer who came in after me and walked out, and then didn't supply what should be the standard amount you should be given for the price it is. 1/3 of a famous bowl and A bad start to a new item promo l wanted to try which are tiny disproportionate pieces of saucy nuggets they consider 1 piece that range from the size of quarters to tiny slivers. The ambience was awkward and annoying. Do not go to KFC in Hamlin PA unless you can watch what they give you and request the appropriate amount you paid for!

They had no chicken!!! And yet she still took my order and money, then used excuses and tried to get me to get something else instead. This isn’t the first time, usually they forget part of the order. When are they going to get there act together?? Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!

So stopped in there for a quick dinner to bring home. I ordered and paid. I waited almost an hour for my purchase . ( 2 things). Huge disappointment. My husband wanted to try the bowl. It was mashed potatoes swimming in gravy with 4 chicken nuggets in it,I ordered extra crispy chicken pieces and mashed potatoes. What I received was 5 undercooked chicken strips and cold mashed potatoes. Threw the whole mess out and called corporate office . Waiting to hear back. I don’t know what’s wrong with this location? Not enough help? The women that were there were trying very hard, but honestly this place needs to be closed down til they get the help they need. Wasn’t my first trip there , but it’s definitely my last.

KFC at Hamlin Pa. has the worst chicken I ever had. This is the fourth time I have tried it over four years. The chicken was like dried up pigeon.

This KFC location has taken a surprising turn for the best within the last two years. Two years ago, the service was slow and the food wasn't even remotely worth the wait. Now though, it seems the restaurant has done a full 180 and improved itself tenfold. The food now takes a normal amount of time to come out expected for KFC, and the quality of the food has gone up. You can really tell some passion and care has been finally put into this KFC and it's doing wonders for them.
