The manager was disrespectful. They messed up my order and the manager threw a mcflurry at me because they messed up. He was really disrespectful. I had to go in the bathroom and clean myself off.

Service can be slow and your food may be a bit.. messy, but my orders are always correct at least, and it does seem like everyone is trying to make the best of a bad situation here. Fine if you just need a fast food fix or a low-stakes meal.

Employees played “not home” When I went to pick up my order shortly past midnight. 1210 to be exact I ordered ahead on the mobile app I waited at the speaker for a minute and then drove around and there was no one at the windows so I drove around a second time and saw a couple people moving around thinking I had passed really really really sucks because I am very hungry and closing earlier than the official time should definitely be made known sincerely, one hangry customer

Service sucks have to wait atleast 15mins in drive Thru even when there is no other vehicles there.Always screwing up orders and give you a hard time about it. Had to argue for a refund

Their app is down. Instead of matching the 20% discount which is very easy for management to do. I’m told they can’t do that and their franchise location doesn’t do anything for fire, police, or ems. I was told that they can’t accept any coupons. Or match any nationwide deals. Do not come here until it’s fixed. You’re better off going to Honesdale. I’ve over 40k points on McDonald’s, we come here with our kids because it’s the only Play Place. I was told the Owner is Rich Corbin and he’s currently in Florida. The GM wouldn’t speak with me, so instead of being able to use the nationwide 20% off coupon we spent 32$ for breakfast. 32$. The McDonald brothers would have shut this location down immediately with this service. It’s atrocious and I highly suggest going to Honesdale, Carbondale, or Dickson city. Stay away from Hamlin.
