Their app is down. Instead of matching the 20% discount which is very easy for management to do. I’m told they can’t do that and their franchise location doesn’t do anything for fire, police, or ems. I was told that they can’t accept any coupons. Or match any nationwide deals. Do not come here until it’s fixed. You’re better off going to Honesdale. I’ve over 40k points on McDonald’s, we come here with our kids because it’s the only Play Place. I was told the Owner is Rich Corbin and he’s currently in Florida. The GM wouldn’t speak with me, so instead of being able to use the nationwide 20% off coupon we spent 32$ for breakfast. 32$. The McDonald brothers would have shut this location down immediately with this service. It’s atrocious and I highly suggest going to Honesdale, Carbondale, or Dickson city. Stay away from Hamlin.

This is one of the only local options in terms of fast food. The service is usually rude old ladies who never try to be nice to customers. I've visited this establishment several times and without fail, have been given terrible service no matter how nice I was. Go to Jersey Mikes or BK down the road. Worth the extra 5 minute drive.

I've tried many different shakes from McDonald's & this Hamlin establishment seems to be the only 1 that makes a thick shake & fries that don't taste like a salt shaker has been dumped on them.

I bought a Minecraft meal a BigMac, and when my daughter bit into it, the entire burger and bread fell apart. The fries were served less, and the wait time for an online pick-up was extremely long wait. The employees truly ignore the customers waiting by the counter. They see you but ignor your presence. There's no type of management skills in this location. It's sad that these employees are not trained to acknowledge customers. They are chatting away with each other but not with customers. Their food is not properly put together. I will contact the CEO to look into this location. They need to support this McDonald's. If not, they will lose their customer's. That's why a lot of businesses close down. People get disappointed and disgusted and stop going to these fast food places. Maybe get employees from Honsdale location to train these employees. Their food is better served, and their service is on point.
