They messed up my order, my girlfriend ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and we didn’t get them from my mobile app order. Google said in order for a refund I’d have to return to the restaurant and it’s not worth all that driving back. Guess I’ll be checking the order before we leave ?

There’s nobody in the front. Saw 3 staff on their phones while we waited for food. Not one clean table in the place and when asked if the woman could clean a table she gave me a wet rag and said here clean it.

It's McDonald's I don't have to say anything about the food. Drive tru is like a busy rd. I don't go often and haven't for a while the food is what you expect. The main reason for this review is all about when they increase the workers wages the price for lunch blew me away. That being said it doesn't seem to matter people keep coming. I'll never complain about paying $14.00 for a lunch where I sit down ever again. I could get a good hoagie for less. Good for old reliable micky d's. Keep the fries fresh.

The level of frustration with this location is unbelievable. I understand the new girl struggling and lacking customer service as that can be expected but the person who she’s supposed to go to for help for can’t even do her job either and majorly lacks customer service skills. Not only did it take an unnecessary time to notice us, it took even longer to get help after the girl walked away and simply said she had to get someone and did not explain why. Then the woman with greenish blonde hair finally came to help she acted as though she had no clue how to take my order because she couldn’t find what I was asking for but yet the self service menu had it up… so how would you have packed that to begin with had I done it on the self serve. If I did it there It would have worked but because I only had cash I couldn’t do it there. Anyway I decided to go elsewhere then but changed my mind because I needed to get children fed I then went back up and was gonna order something simple that they could comprehend and they completely ignored me and I decided to leave because that was literally ridiculous. Atleast the honesdale location can do their jobs!!! Do better.

I was the obly car in line,my food was quick and i pulled in the lot to eat my breakfast :)while i was sitting there instead of having all their employees working on the line, they decided to send somebody outside in down pouring rain to sweep their already clean lot. That is very nice and a good habit, but really?Throughout all this they are just consistenetly pulling every single car ahead and parking them just to get them off their timer. And they arent sitting there for a few min. We are talking 8-10min+ per car juat to keep them off the stack.Mind you they only had an on/off flow of 2-3cars every several min while i ate my meal and then the line completely cleared off for a few min before another small little burst came inIm sure the drivethru times are showing look amazing. May want to go over some stuff here. But you do you.
It’s a nice MCD with a playground inside. The self serve kiosk was easy and the person that brought is our food was polite.
