My Wife and i had tried some of the Aldus beers before and fell in love with them. We decided to take a trip to the brewery all the way from Philadelphia and i cannot say enough how much it was worth the trip! The beer selection was incredible, we came for the Pretzel Wheat beer but got to try so many others! The staff was so knowledgeable and really made the experience so much fun. However the star of the experience was the owner Jason! When we told him that we traveled to the brewery he gave us the full Aldus treatment! He told us interesting facts about the beers and the Aldus brand, gave some history behind the beers, and you could tell he is very passionate about his beers! We had an incredible time, and we are super excited for Aldus to open its new Brew pub location! 5 stars all around!

After my fiance and I had tried their beer at the American legion, I instantly looked this place up because the beer was so good and a week later we came here. I really love the set up of the place. And the staff were super nice and very informative too. If you come here try their pretzel beer, laser beer, dolphin and anchor ale and steam beer. We bought a case each of the laser beer and the pretzel beer and will DEFINITELY be back!!! I am so happy I found this place by accident. We are about 15 miles away from here but it's worth every mile!

I am a local to the area. I have pretty much been to all the breweries around Hanover PA and Carroll County MD. To be honest we have some great breweries in the area with cool atmospheres and good brews. I was reading through the reviews and have to say if any of these negative reviews sway you to not go to Aldus, than you are missing out! This place has an absolutely awesome atmosphere with OUTSTANDING beer! They have so many styles of beer and rotate in new styles all the time. The staff has always been great every time I have ever been there (If you had an issue, maybe take a look in the mirror its probably you..) The food is very good standard pub fair. (Pretzels, pizza, nachos, sandwiches...If your looking for a restaurant go to a restaurant.) And finally if you are complaining about people who have children with them...then obviously you have never been a parent. As long as the kids are behaving and its not too late...who cares. (If you want a nightclub go to a night club.) Craft breweries are supposed to be about community (and all of those have children) and great beer. Aldus Brewing is one of the best in this area! Cheers!

4.5 stars for the impressive craft beer menu with over 15 choices. I really enjoyed the steam beer and the schawrzbier. Looking forward to trying more beers on future visits. Food menu available but i did not order any food. Bartenders were very friendly and efficient.

Got to love this gem of a brewery. Just coming off of wins for its beer at the Pennsylvania farm show it’s a great stop for great flavors of beer. Very impressive rotation throughout the year. When it comes around please try the oatmeal cream pie beer… !! Wow

Better than just another craft brewery. Some truly unique tastes. These beers are loaded with flavor. Scotch ale is sweet and syrupy like a southern sweet tea. Even the blonde ale is heavy with flavor. If your favorite beer is Miller light, you definitely will not like this place. Personally, I love it.
