Went to this Arby's today and it was not a good experience. The service was very slow (clerk commented they were short handed) and when I got home the food was very bland. The roast beef sandwich and the chicken fingers especially. I have ordered thru Door Dash numerous times but never was the food so tasteless.

A lot of people don't seem like they want to work there they can be very nasty at times so then they screw up your order but the curly fries are cool the apple turnovers are too
Unbelievably slow. I only got 2 sliders and that took 15 minutes with only 1 car in front of me

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother and I sat in line for 15 mins behind 2 other cars because whoever was in charge of manning the drivethru wasn’t taking the orders in a quick manner. Finally when we got up to the speaker it took 5 minutes before my mom blew the horn to get their attention to finally get them to serve us just to say we had an online order. Food is delicious as always, but the service has been terrible here at this location lately probably over the past year but tonight was the worst it’s ever been. They either need to hire an efficient number of people to serve their customers or train their staff better because this definitely wasn’t FAST food. This is the worst it’s been since I’ve been going to this Arby’s. The one in South Hanover is definitely a lot quicker with their service
