I rarely stop at Arby's except for the fries but I was hungry. And I don't eat red meat so I was looking for a chicken sandwich and I found a delicious one!

I stopped in for dinner tonight (11-16-25) and the girl working the drive thru was veey well mannered & incredibly polite! When I got to the window, I stated how polite she was & she was thankful for the compliment & remained super polite & well mannered. Her name is Isabella & she is AWESOME!! Food was fresh & fast!

Went here for lunch for myself and some co-workers 10/2/2025. Had 3 meals plus an added sandwich. Got back to work with the food, and only 3 sandwiches in the bag. So the guy who ran for the food for lunch, never even got to eat a lunch. For $40, I would expect someone to double check the order to make sure that you are not defrauding a customer by charging them money and not give them a product. Plus, the co-workers that did get to eat said their sandwiches were cold. When I have a bad experience somewhere, I just don't go back ever. Im sorry to say Arbys, you just lost a customer. This is not the first time I had a bad experience with this Arbys, but my experience was bad enough, that it will be my last trip to Arbys. No more stealing my money and not giving me food. I don't reccommend gambling your money for food here, you will lose, the house always wins.

If I ever go there again I'm going inside to order and checking the bag before I leave. The drive up window is a freaking joke. They can't even get the sauces correct EVER .The time before they started closing the window and didn't even give me my drink. NO sauces in the bag that time. I guess they are more worried about getting outback to smoke a cigarette.

Went to this Arby's today and it was not a good experience. The service was very slow (clerk commented they were short handed) and when I got home the food was very bland. The roast beef sandwich and the chicken fingers especially. I have ordered thru Door Dash numerous times but never was the food so tasteless.
