Everytime we come here It's always pleasant everything's fresh hot and ready. The workers are awesome especially Kai and the other kind lady. We love arby and won't stop coming any time soon

Arby's in South Hanover I would recommend. It was a little wait but the 2 young men that were in there did a great job. They were short handed. The young men worked together got the job done. Also kept up with wiping stuff off making sure things were tidied up. Hats off to those 2. They never stopped treated everyone with respect. They definitely deserve a raise.

Came through the drive thru for a 4pc mozz stick and a coke zero no ice. The tall lady in the DT was extremely disrespectful to a fellow coworker. Completely disregarded customer service, no matter who it is.
I left this location for personal reasons.

The wait was so long that they told me to pull the car up, and they will bring the food out. I ended up waiting longer. When the food finally came out, half of it was cold, and none of it was good. Needless to say, I was very annoyed.

Drive-thru this evening. What an incredible experience! Brian the manager was super polite, super friendly and engaging. Great customer interaction. Even shared a fist bump and a toy with our son. Also, the woman running the drive thru was incredibly social, courteous and super kind. Wish we got her name.

I mean every time I pull up here ..they ask what can I make fresh for you ..and bye golly it's fresh..I have tried to come at different times of the day or late at night before they close still hot an fresh thanks to the general manager I think his name is brain with glasses Arby's have the meat lol .

I recently visited this Arby’s and had the pleasure of being served by Brian, the manager, who is hands-down the most charismatic person I’ve ever met in a food establishment. From the moment I walked in, Brian greeted me with a huge smile and an energy that instantly brightened my day—The food was great as always, but Brian’s infectious enthusiasm and genuine care for his team and patrons made the experience unforgettable. If every Arby’s had a Brian, I’d be eating there daily—five stars just for him!

The Arby's team is VERY friendly. The dining room doesn't seem to do much business but the drive through is non stop. They were laser focused on getting that food. So much so we were overlooked for a few minutes! And after a few apologies we got our yummy food! It was fresh AND hot. The lobby and bathroom were also very clean. The lobby sound system was very loud but I'm not surprised as their was literally no lobby traffic.
Dietary restrictions: They do have some salad entree's
The general manager was hilarious. Said I looked hungry, would I like the meat mountain. Must try. He was excited to make it and was a lot of fun at the pickup window. Must try.

Awesome visit Brian and team. Placed a to go order inside.Was observing.at counter Great teamwork (3 including a newbie) they were getting orders out asap.Mind it was about 2pm and they were busy. Watched prep guy prepare selections with care and urgency. Major improvement from a year ago.My Sandwiches were great..
