We recently discovered Oak, just a half mile from our home, and it’s truly a hidden gem in an area with limited dining options. From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. Our bartender, Zach, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and offered fantastic recommendations—including the Steak and Eggs for brunch, which exceeded all expectations. The steak was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with the eggs—a dish I had never tried before but will definitely be ordering again. My husband enjoyed the BLT Eggs Benedict, which was equally impressive. The thick-cut bacon, perfectly poached eggs, and flavorful hollandaise made for an unforgettable dish. The service throughout our visit was outstanding, and when asked for recommendations, Zach confidently told us that everything on the menu is great—and from what we tasted, we absolutely believe it. If we could give Oak a 10 out of 10, we would. For anyone in the area or just passing through, we highly recommend stopping by. Oak is a standout dining experience, and we’ll definitely be returning soon!

Absolutely love the Oak! While the pizzas are outstanding, I encourage you to try some different items. Last night we tried the Burrata which was extremely unique and delicious. Our whole family loved it. Great item to share. Also, try the specials as they’re always creative and delicious. And while the food is great, the beverages are outstanding. The bartenders are true artists with their combinations and creativity. So glad to have the Oak downtown!

My wife, two friends, and I went to OAK for the first time today. The food was fresh and amazing, and our server was attentive without being obnoxious. I really enjoyed my experience there.

Wow. I was in town for a couple days and tried Oak. Had the Bee Sting and it was seriously one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. And I consider myself a bit of a pizza snob. Just a perfect mix of flavors. Heat, sweet, and fresh.

First time here, came for Sunday brunch. Attractive, relaxed atmosphere.. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. Nice meal presentation. Good raspberry mimosas and highly recommend the shareable apple donuts. Delicious & ample Greens Salad with apple, fennel and prosciutto (photo). The chicken & waffles was actually French toast but also good.
Sunday was free parking on street or nearby public lot, so can’t comment on availability on weekdays or evenings.

Came for brunch and sat at the bar. Zach was fantastic, a good amount of tables in the restaurant and he was the only bartender and still received great, attentive service with amazing drink recommendations. I had the potato and sweet onion frittata, buratta, and a side of bacon.. everything came out perfect with great flavor. 10/10 experience.

A hidden gem in Hanover for brunch and dinner. The gelato is the real deal. Nice wine selection, which is far and few between a larger city.

Drinks were incredibly over priced for the small selection they have. The cocktails were good and the beer was good but paying $16 for a small espresso martini and $6 for a bottle of cheap beer is a bit much.

Outstanding, seasonal food with tons of flavor. Imaginative cocktail list and reasonably priced wines. If you get the chance, sit at the bar and have Jake serve you. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. Highly recommend!!!

Hmmm food is good considering what else is in this town but just good. Prices went up especially since the last time I was here and is a bit ridiculous. It gets even more ridiculous when you see the portion size. Seems like they are getting a little too big for their britches with what they got going on. This is Hanover Pennsylvania after all. Just keep that in mind
