I really hate to post a negative review. Maybe this will motivate a change. Today I got two jumbo snowballs and one medium. All three had too much syrup and not even packed down. They even managed to fill them up a third of the way. It was like I received a fountain soda with marshmallow mixed into it. You would think that they would have tried harder since I handed them a 10 dollar tip before they even made them. I don’t think the workers even wanted to be there.

I got a medium cone & it was gigantic!
They have a decent menu and their ice cream/snowballs are good. However, they definitely aren’t open 1-9 like they claim and advertise on FB/Google. Seem to be open whenever they feel like it and closed whenever they don’t, and hours aren’t updated anywhere. It’s the third time in 1 month I’ve tried to go there and they weren’t open during their advertised hours. If you like guessing games, this is the place for you!

We love this place. Treat selection is amazing. A big field for children to run around in. Only complaint is the mosquitoes. Spray yourself if you tend to have a problem with them.
Had to remake our snowballs 3 times because they don't listen. Large snowball and they give you enough syrup to cover an inch on the top. The rest is just ice! Very stingy with syrup and their chocolate syrup IS WATERED DOWN!!!! Wow! There are MUCH better places in Hanover! Avoid!!!
The banana split tower is awesome. It's so big sometimes I can't finish it.
I've never been here before, but now that I have, I see myself coming on a more regular basis! I got a root beer float and it was really good!! My mom got a peanut butter flurry and they gave us 2 pretzels to eat with our treats! Very nice people and I can't wait to come again!
