We've been going to this Bruster's for a while and every time the ice cream is delicious. We love the varieties of flavors and they always make it fresh on site. And the different seasonal flavors are always fun and delicious. The prices are also good, not that expensive. Great trip out for the family to enjoy some good ice cream. (:

I’m not sure what happened to this location but it’s gone downhill within the last year. We tried going twice this week to order a small Oreo blast and both times they refused to serve us that because they didn’t want to make it. We came within a half hour of them closing and the employees were rude about it. You’re open so shouldn’t you serve your menu? Or if you don’t want to then be kind about it!

We buy ice cream at the Hanover location alot and was really disappointed today. The sundae cups were only half full and already melted when handed to me. No whipped cream. And $17 for 3 hot fudge sundaes of the quality is ridiculous

I love the ice cream but honestly the weekend (Saturday night) shift is not so great the week (wendsday-Friday) shift awesome they were just everywhere and like really unprofessional I’m not a snitch but I love my ice cream and I don’t like having to deal with them just make my ice cream tell me to pay and that’s all I need cuz please tell me why it look double the time to make the same ice cream but two dif shifts. I would understand if it was busy but GURL THERE WAS TWO CARS INCLUDING ME😭🙏 the ice cream is still bomb ngl but why am I more behaved then a worker 💀

Ordered a peanut butter cup blast and it was made with gross temu mini chocolates instead of real peanut butter cups. 🤮
Got there at 9:30 when they close at 10 and they refused to make a milk shake because they already cleaned the milkshake machine. If you want to close at 9:30 then close at 9:30, dont make it 10 and then not make something on the menu.

Asked for samples of a couple ice creams flavors and was pleasantly suprised by a spoon great scoop of it. Every flavor i tried was fresh and delicious! Approved.
