Got there at 9:30 when they close at 10 and they refused to make a milk shake because they already cleaned the milkshake machine. If you want to close at 9:30 then close at 9:30, dont make it 10 and then not make something on the menu.

Not sure why they have a website that lists flavors and over half of those flavors aren’t even available. What’s the point of a website when you don’t update it for days ?

A little disappointed. This is now the 3rd time my order has been messed up and I’m finally deciding to make a review. I ask for s’mores ice cream and get pecan ice cream tonight. First time it happened.. ok it’s a simple mistake but after multiple screw ups, I had to say something. Also there was an employee wearing gloves touching her hair and face, and then handing us our ice cream. Just hoping those gloves were changed while serving the next order.

all i got was a dino sundae it was 4.23 she asked me if i wanted a receipt i said no and it turns out i got charged me 7.23. where did these three extra dollars come from?
Very disappointed in the way the young employee handled the situation that was at hand; i was super excited to try the oat milk ice cream, but didn’t know if they’d have it. We asked the one employee if they had the two oat milk flavors, which he said yes to. We ordered, and then a young girl called us up and said that there was a problem with our order and chose to get snarky. We asked for a refund since their employee didn’t relay the correct information to us. No apology whatsoever for a mess up on their accord. With that said, my boyfriend had said “thanks for wasting our time,” and she said “no problem.” Extremely unprofessional and it never used to be like that years ago. If you’re going to have employees that deal with customers, please make sure that they're capable of having the personality to be in that profession. It isn’t that difficult to own up to your mistakes and be empathetic. Sincerely- someone who has worked 8 years in customer service positions and has had to deal with far worse interactions and public than just that.

This is the best Butter Pecan ice cream I’ve had in a long time. It is delicious and instead of pecan pieces, it is made with whole pecan’s. I can’t wait to get more!
