Just close that place down. I never seen people move so slow, don't bother going inside. I don't know. It's a joke any more. 5/25 I went in for breakfast and it was the best experience I had in the place. It was like day n night. As soon as I walked in the lady said she'll be right with me and she was. Very happy with my visit 3/30 I went in for lunch. I was served immediately, and food was done quickly. This has been a complete turn around. You guys are doing great job!!

Went through the drive through on the way to an apt... Ordered the 2 for $5 whopper Jr meal. Just the burgers, no fries. There was 1 car ahead of me. It took them about 5-8 mins to get their food. Pulled up to the window, waited, was told they were "making my food" and to "pull up the curb" Sat and waited for 10-12 mins for 2 cheeseburgers!!! Do not go here if you have somewhere to be. I am late for my appointment. Yes. My fault, but I just wanted to grab a QUICK sandwich. 🫤

The food isn't terrible but why can they not answer the phone. The place is rarely ever busy. But when you order an original chicken with no lettuce why do you get a mayo sandwich with chicken.

Will never go to this location again. Asked for a plain chicken sandwich at the drive through. They got that wrong, no big deal. I pulled around and went inside. Well no one was at the register for a few minutes, the cashier eventually came up front. I told her it was wrong and asked for a plain sandwich with only bacon, they remake it and missed the bacc on but put cheese on it.. I go back in, again, this time she’s even more annoyed than before. She doesn’t acknowledge the cheese part then opens a whopper to pull the bacon off and put it on my chicken sandwich. Not really appetizing when there’s hamburger gristle on the bacon…
At that point the manager was laughing as she walked out to her car for her cigarette break, I was fed up and asked for a refund, at that point she refunded me my sandwich cost from my meal price after that 15 minute ordeal. What a joke.

Routinely bad service. Wait times were abysmal. The last time I went in, instead of using the drive through, I and the people behind me were promptly ignored by the cashier for somewhere between 5 to 10 minutes. If you want fast food, go somewhere else.
