I last went to the one in Hanover Pa. It was the drive thru it was quick and convenient. The young lady taking orders was thorough and fast!The order was correct and very tasty I got the regular chicken sandwich and a med mac&cheese it was delicious!
The service was great per usual. I love this location because everyone is extremely polite, courteous, patient and thorough when it comes to taking your order and repeating it back. After ordering, I received my food from John at the pick up spot. John’s service was a 10 the fact that he complimented me on my nose ring was a plus☺️
Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, polite, and quick—genuinely some of the best customer service around Hanover. My order is always accurate, the chicken is always fresh and flavorful, and the waffle fries are perfectly crispy. It’s clear they care about both quality and the customer experience. Highly recommend!
