The food is always great but unlike any other Chinese or Asian cuisine restaurant the customer service here lacks big time! The lady answering the phone is very rude and hangs up quickly. Ordering inside this establishment is even worse! I recommend if you order here do so online because you won’t have to deal with bad customer service. They have boxes in the front of the restaurant and to me it should be in a back room. Simple not always order take out but never dine in. Also the charge $2 for the wonton chips which are small bags.

I order here a lot, and I would recommend always picking up. When you get delivery and ask for 3 sweet and sour sauce cups, you'll get one guaranteed. If you tip on the credit card vs cash, they judge you for how much you decide to leave, despite ordering frequently, that not matter much to this type. You might be better off ordering from any place else, but they're fried crab meat wonton is the only match to what Forbidden City offered and now you have to drive to Westminster to get that. Bottom line, order wisely or go f yourself.Parking: Welcome to Hanover. Been here 32 years and this place is still a dump.

The woman that answered the phone for me was very rude. I asked for delivery and at the end of my order she told me to come pick it up. I again told her I wanted delivery and she said pick up again and hung up the phone. I called back three times to confirm if she was delivering it or not and no answer. I decided to go somewhere else called them again to cancel, got home and they had already delivered. Completely unprofessional.

It's always some issue I have here. Ordered food online the other day just to go pick it up and the restaurant was closed? went back 2 days later to pick up an order and seen them smoking cigarettes in the kitchen!!!

Don’t get anything from here it’s not like your normal Chinese food you get I ordered beef and broccoli dinner combo and got only 4 pc of beef 6 pc of broccoli and the rice was a light cream color and white pc of rice with it definitely the first time in my 40years that Chinese food sucked I don’t know how they stay open order from another Chinese store this one isn’t how Chinese food should be made
