Little scimpy on the meat for the money but tastes good.

To go in and order, you'll see what you're getting. To order through the app, it's a surprise everytime. From skimping on parts of your order (they are always out of at least 1 thing that I want), not having your meal completed ( a chicken and cheese quesadilla that was never pressed, basically a wrap), or missing a meal from your order altogether (ordered 4 meals and only received 3)! Unfortunately, these all happened to be my young kids meals, so unhappy, hungry kids make a frustrated mom. Every review through the app seems to be disregarded. Never a resolution to the situation. Waste of time anymore.

I placed an order for DoorDash for a quesadilla and on the bag it says quesadilla instead they just put everything into a burrito. It comes off lazy and took them forever to prep my order.

Ordered an online pickup. Got home and the rice was hard. We’re not picky eaters and tried to power through it but started to feel ill after a few bites.

This is literally the worst Chipotle I’ve ever eaten at and it’s gotten worse every year. I don’t think it’s the fault of regular employees, it’s purely management. Having one person on the food line on the weekend to drown with a line out the door is diabolical. They are constantly out of supplies like LIDS AND CUPS; clearly whoever does their stock/ordering needs a refresher. I understand things happen out of people’s control especially in food service, however, this is constant at this Chipotle. And their regular employees suffer for it because they’re at the receiving end of annoyed customers. They have the worst chicken too, it’s always huge chewy chunks, it’s like you’re using scraps, and constant stale chips. Y’all are too expensive to be managing this place like a dollar tree.

I needed to call to talk to someone about something related to my order and the phone ai system doesnt allow you to talk to anyone. I'll just be going to Plaza Azteca down the street for carryout since customer service still matters there. Just a reminder this is a corporation not just a business. Corporations just calculate how lottle they can give you for thr most money. Im not going to keep paying for corpo slop

This Chipotle location isn’t what it once was. Lack of proper management has lessened the quality of the food prep line and station is always messy and overall location appears dirty. It doesn’t take long to give stations a wipe down to boost appeal.

Had a pickup order so I can’t comment on anything but my food. But I’m a vegetarian because I have a bad reaction to meat products and I found a big piece of steak in my vegetarian quesadilla. So more a warning than a review to anybody else with a similar condition or has food allergies. I wouldn’t trust this location

Every single time I go there they are always out of toppings and won’t give you any because they have to save some for the online orders. If I am in store I shouldn’t be forced to order on an app.

This location needs a lot of work. My fiance is hard of hearing and employee gave him attitude when asked to repeat himself. Portions terribly small, no chicken this time but they always seem to be out of many meat options. Picked steak which had no flavor and overcooked. Cashier appeared to be nodding out. Went to get fountain drinks which needed to be replaced, very flat. No iced tea and specialty juice drinks were on the edge of empty. While eating our chips we noticed hair baked on the chips. I love chipotle but I will not be going back to this location. Lack of leadership from management shows in the employees and quality of their food.

Honestly have never had issues with this location until yesterday one of the workers was very rude. I’m not one to usually complain, but she was rude to her coworker as well as my mother and I. Just had a nasty attitude and then laughed at me when I expressed she was being rude. If you can’t have customer service don’t work a customer service job

Could not keep up with demand from line or take out. Trash all over floor. Trash cans over flowing. Half of sodas out of order. No ice. Worker touching their nose with gloves. Chips stale. Horrible experience all around.

I ended up walking out after waiting in line for an extended time due to the cleanliness of the line. The cross contamination was unreal! The counters had so many different ingredients piled up; no one had taken the time to give it a clean off before the next customer. Furthermore, each compartment for toppings had spilled over into others. I’d hate to have an allergy & come here! I don’t see myself returning unless they really get themselves into gear.
