its honestly so sad how terrible this place is run. everytime i go in i get less and less in my bowl i always ask for more and my bowl is still half empty. for paying $22 i would like to have at least a full meal. i also received a side of guacamole with a whole avocado seed in the tiny togo cup almost no guacamole in it. employees shouldnt care how much their giving away when this is a corporation. this makes me want to stop supporting chain businesses like chipotle all together.

Constantly out of Fajita Veggies. Last time, two hours before close, they were out of veggies and at least one protein. Several times or of multiple items.
You will have to see it Yourself...needs more staff...2 working and at a very slow pace..8 people in line 15 minutes later we left...should have left sooner but was hoping they would have gotten some help..

Really need to work on the customer service and efficiency. Need a better system in place and some actual adults running this. Overall orders are late and people generally don’t look happy to work there. Whoever manages this chipotle needs to really review the restaurant and make some changes. This used to be on point but over the last year has been consistently down hill. Do better.

I don't know how but this Chipotle is by far the most consistently inconsistent Chipotle I've ever been to. It never fails. Food is always missing something, undercooked, or way too salty.

I've never been to a bad chipotle until I went to this one. Consistently, this place is horribly slow. Not sure why, because most chipotles are lightning quick. Additionally as of late the food has been unbearably salty. Not sure why. Need to get their act together.

My husband and I went in tonight and ordered 2 bowls to go.They were out of everything and not refilling anything and it was only 6:00. The place was a disaster it was dirty and people behind counter was just standing around not filling things up or cleaning. We will never go back again period...
I would give zero stars if possible. Filthy dining area, super slow service, overflowing trash cans, no forks or napkins. Every table was dirty. All food items were contaminated with other items because workers were sloppy. This is the second time I’ve witnessed these horrible conditions. I’m surprised the franchise hasn’t been revoked.

I probably won't be coming back here. I ordered a rice bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, lite lettuce and extra cheese. There was no lettuce at all, no cheese, and the bowl was almost inedible. Someone heavily over seasoned the chicken. I took maybe 3 bites and threw it away. This was my first time here at this location and it will be my last. Do better.

This place was territhe food was not fresh but the service was fast. They did not have any corn, no forks or knives, just freaking spoons. The dining area was not clean. I will not be going back there anymore

Ordered ahead for pickup. I ordered 2 bowls, both with a double order of brisket, and i did not receive double meat or the 2 sides of queso. Crazy when each bowl costs over $20!!! Save your money!
