This was our first time at this restaurant and it will definitely be our last.

We were surprised by the prices at first, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The service was good and the staff was kind, so no complaints there. However, the food was extremely disappointing.

The rolls they serve are clearly not homemade they look like the packaged Hawaiian rolls from Walmart, and they don’t even warm them up. The butter comes in those small individual plastic containers like the ones you get at a gas station. Nothing is homemade. If you’re dining alone, you get only one roll. If you’re in a group, it’s one per person. It was just me and my husband.

I ordered the grilled chicken and was excited to have a nicely cooked grilled meal, but instead I received pale, undercooked chicken that was pink inside. They offer a very watery ranch dip on the side, which honestly feels like an attempt to distract from the fact that the chicken is undercooked. I couldn’t eat any of it. The coleslaw also did not look safe to eat.

I had read in a Facebook group that this was a place where people had found hair in their food. I didn’t experience that myself, but the food quality alone was bad enough.

I asked for a to-go box just to avoid embarrassing the server, but I didn’t eat anything later. My husband ordered the turkey with gravy covered in gravy, which makes you wonder if it was to hide that the turkey was also undercooked. The next morning, he had severe diarrhea.

I do not recommend this place. Pay a little more and eat somewhere better.

Walked in and we were never greeting. Took 10 min to get a seat and not a single person greeted us or said hello. Then when the girl came to take us to our booth I asked her if it was a booth or a table, and she looked at me and just said booth. No hi how are you…. Then we sit down and no one comes over to our table not even to get our drinks I had to ask for service. Then when the waitress comes over takes our order.. our order was missing An item and then we were charged for it so I had to ask for that to come off the receipt. Understand that these waitresses are very young however, the service was absolutely terrible. No one asked us how we were doing. The customer was HORRENDOUS and the food not good.

Very friendly staff. The food was delicious. I had the French Dip. I was only going to eat half and ended up eating it all. My husband said the coffee was very good, not bitter. Looking forward to going back when I save room for dessert!

Delicious food. I ate so much i felt sick! I got the turkey and gravy platter with corn fritters, my wife got the local favorite spaghetti!
I also got the desert with ice cream (caramel sundae) that is made from scratch right there (in-store)

First time to order the Thanksgiving Dinner and it definitely will NOT be the last!! Every single part of it was wonderful from the homemade applesauce and cranberry sauce to the baked corn and very moist turkey! And there was enough to have leftovers the next day!! Thank you, Clair’s!!

By far one of my favorite restaurants especially with being a small town ma and pa place. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and I love bring my boys here. Why go chain when you can go local! Support small business especially your local ma and pa places.

the waitresses are absolutely amazing so nice and so kind, service is fast The food always comes out hot and it's absolutely delicious. everything on the menu is absolutely delicious. we drive an hour just to come out to eat at Claire's.
