What a great shop! We were here over the snow storm staying next door to this cute little store front with Mead and honey to taste while watching the snow fall. It’s so delicious. We got a sampling of three, two of our choice and then we asked for their choice for our third. Absolutely so great to listen to how excited they are about their own personal creations. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic spot in Gettysburg! The meads are all delicious, we sampled many, then had a glass and bought a bottle. We also bought some of their honey products which were all delicious. The person who waited on us was fantastic and we had a great time talking and enjoying the mead. A must visit if you are in town!

Came here from out of town. My husband was extremely excited to try this shop. Went in on friday 10-06-2023 at 4:53pm, the older woman running the shop was so nasty. We weren't aware they close at 5pm and would have been apologetic and delighted to just return the next day during their business hours but her nasty comments, attitude, and rude demeanor completely ruined the desire to ever return. This woman needs to realize that you get more bees (or business)with Honey and not vinegar. Absolutely horrid experience.
As big fans of mead, my husband and I made sure we stopped in for a tasting at Dawg Gone Bees on a recent trip to Gettysburg. The employee who was waiting on us was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, there were several samples of mead that were unavailable, but what we did taste we enjoyed so much we bought a few bottles. The next day we returned to purchase a few more bottles! The honey offerings are also incredibly tasty. The "Hot Stuff" hopefully soon-to-be-bottled mead also had a great blend of sweet and spicy; hope to see that in a bottle next time we are in the area.

My wife and I and my son and his wife had a great experience there. We were Tasting a bunch of meads some In which we’re out of stock. We’re curious to come back and taste the blueberry mead. The girl that was hosting us was a Steelers fan we are from Baltimore (Ravens Fans) but we had a great experience. I encourage everyone to visit and see for themselves. I will Return.
