I ordered pizza last night and it said it was in quality check for like 20 minutes. Was taking longer than normal and by estimated delivery time. I called the store to check on it the guy that answered the phone was really nice and told me it was leaving the store and apologized. We ordered from our local Dominoes last evening in McSherrystown, PA. We did carry out and when we got our pizzas home, we noticed one was not fully cut and the other pizza was not cut at all. I had called and spoke to the manager (did not want to give his name) and told him that I really appreciate ordering food and it not being cut, his reply to me was “You’re Welcome”. While we do like Domino’s and we frequently order, they have recently doubled their delivery charge! Absolutely absurd to charge $4.00 delivery fee and then suppose to tip the drivers! What a way for Domino’s to screw their employees!
