Ordered three pizzas, chicken parm sub, and 16 wings. Drove in to pick it up, got home and no chicken parm sub. I was given a lava cake. I called and asked to have the order made right, and I would like it delivered as the rest of the food was getting cold and family was eating dinner. I was told by the manager I could only get delivered if I paid a fee, you know like I'm the one who messed up. I left dinner with my family and drove back in to get the right food. This is not how you take care of a customer when you mess up, the inconvenience should not be on the consumer. Folks save your money and eat at home, that's what we're doing. We stopped dining out, and tried this one time in over two months and we are met with garbage. As far as the business, stop hiring 12yo managers and pay for talent. Your P&L will look better I promise.

I always get my pizza from this location on Baltimore St. This time I picked it up to have with a friend at home and it was the dryest worse pizza ever . From missing sauce, to the 4 huge dry bubbles to about 4 crumbs of ground beef . I'm shocked. I always praise your pizza. There had to be less than a paintbrush of sauce. How do you send something out like that. We threw it out and went out to eat. If you tell me someone new made it then correct them as you should be watching them or it was made by someone not caring how it went out.

I had an awesome experience at hanover domino's a few weeks back. The GM was alone in the domino's by True North. That guy worked hard and was busting his butt! I wish I would have gotten his name!

I ordered pizza last night and it said it was in quality check for like 20 minutes. Was taking longer than normal and by estimated delivery time. I called the store to check on it the guy that answered the phone was really nice and told me it was leaving the store and apologized. The delivery driver was super nice and apologetic and the pizza was still hot! Normally I’m irritated with places for this but not this time. It goes to show you that great customer service goes a long way !! Kudos to them!!!!

This isn't the first time that my order was not correct, I asked for (2) sweet barbecue and bacon specialty chickens and (2) tomato and bacon specialty chickens... Both the tomato / bacons had no tomatoes on it.. ??? why is it so hard to complete an order? I called it in. I let them know that there were no tomatoes on either of the tomato and bacons and she got very snotty and asked me what I wanted to do and I'm like well this is to be my dinner tonight and what I ordered wasn't correct.The sweet barbecue bacons were were perfect tho, but the two that were to have tomatoes had no tomatoes like that's the best part of it..

I ordered the pizza ahead of time the tracker online said it was ready headed to the store for them just to give me a rude “we had to remake your pizza” then after 5 customers came in after me and got their pizza. Finally they started making mine.

Ordered online for delivery it literally took 20 minutes. Food was fresh and hot. Pan pizza, honey bbq wings cinnamon twist n coke of course. No complaints. I’m a happy customer oh and they delivered to my truck at Utz Factory? driver was on point found my truck fast. Thanks guys! A+.
