Make my drink wrong everytime. They never put espresso in the lattes and they taste like straight milk. Came back for it to be remade and was made in less than 5 seconds. So obviously the espresso isn’t fresh at all. Rude employees.
I’ve been a Dunkin employee for 2 years before this is not how you treat customers or make there drinks.

I wanted a simple hot cappuccino, but ended up with an iced coffee. When I tried to let them know that it was the wrong order, the servers were too busy talking to each other about topics that were not work aproppriate and completely ignored me. I apologize, but until your servers take their job seriously, I will not be coming back

Went to get a drink with my friend. My drink was made right while completely butchering my friend's order. The employees seemed more busy with their gossip instead of focusing on our orders, repeated my request multiple times and practically rushed us out the door, after we received our orders. Pretty disappointed honestly

All the staff here seemed to care about here was gossiping. They made my drink wrong and couldn't care less. They were very dismissive and rushed me so they could get back to gossiping.

The management seems to not be great. They don't treat their lgbtq employees like they should. Some of the workers give nasty mean girl energy and it's such a turn off. The drinks and whatnot are usually good and the location is great.

They need to train people better or have adults with the teens who know how to handle certain situations with apps and money. Some people don't even understand the menu

Came in mid afternoon. Expected little due to super icy parking lot, pleasantly surprised. They didn’t have a ton of donut options, but they went into detail in suggesting each item. Wasn’t sure what I wanted, they didn’t hesitate at all to help out. Loved my order and had a wonderful experience. Upsized my drink too, which was delicious. Morgan was fantastic.

Ordered a hot coffee and bacon, sat in the drive through for at least a half hour. Not only is the drive through horrible to begin with but we sat in the drive through and watched an employee talk on her phone while the people around her worked. Very disappointing. And no napkins.

No line, but stood at counter before anyone came to take my order for several minutes. Two workers then argued right in front of me about who was going to help me. Rude and overall unwelcoming vibe, so I left. Please train your staff to be kind, welcoming and professional to customers.
