A new employee by the name of Bobby helped me to and from my car due to ice on the sidewalk..as I left the store he actually watched me leave and then once again walked me back to my car..wish there was more Bobby's on this earth..A big Thank you Bobby!!..you ate a true asset to Dunkin!!

Everytime I come here for a doordash order, the employees are always on their phones or having conversations. Then I am standing there waiting between 5-15 mins for anyone to acknowledge me. I have to wait a total of 15-20 mins to get the order and then leave the store. I have customers often complain of missing items or items being made incorrectly. Currently been here 10 mins, and a girl was standing in the middle of the line on her phone, causing for people to walk around her... and then I find out through hearing them joke about and not telling me directly, that they had the order but gave it to the wrong person... The only saving grace was a gentleman who gave me the order and apologized and was very friendly to me.

Slowest Dunkin’ I have ever been to absolutely ridiculous
Employee was sleeping on the couch in the dining area and then woke up just to nod back out multiple times. He was definitely on something. 2 employees actually working were extremely slow. I waited 15 mins for a small hot coffee and had to ask about it 3 times. Place was dirty on top of it all
Coffee taste really bad, I get the cereal and milk everywhere else and it’s good but at this one they can’t make it right, I’ve tried multiple times and it always taste like straight water or warm coffee.

Inconsistent latte. I usually have to order more flavor just to get a regular amount if any. I usually order numerous days in a row and I will receive a different tasting latte every single time. I used to work at this location, and I know the process, the amounts of syrup to add, and it is not hard to mess up. Maybe its a training issue? However the staff are very pleasant.

Place was being renovated definitely wasn't cleaned. Work in the field. If the construction people werent gonna leave it clean. The staff should have. Boot prints in dust on table tops. Wild. They were out of everything. Employees focus was solely on drive through. Waited forever.

Will not honor the $5 meal deal posted on drive thru menuboard. Corporate has been contacted
Horrible. They were doing construction and they didn’t have warning signs up. Also, they were ripping up tiles right next to us , and they took forever to get our order. (All they had to do was put donuts in a box). My drink was awful, and they burnt my sandwich. Lastly, the floor was all ripped up and my brother cut his arm open and tripped. Worst experience ever.

I’m tired of ordering a coffee at the drive thru and driving a mile down the road and it’s not what I ordered it’s a waste of my time and my money
Every time I go, I give them a chance after a chance they can never make a coffee correctly. Always taste the same no matter what flavor I ask for. Did not even put creamer in my coffee. If you ask me, it’s just laziness.
