Horrible. They were doing construction and they didn’t have warning signs up. Also, they were ripping up tiles right next to us , and they took forever to get our order. (All they had to do was put donuts in a box). My drink was awful, and they burnt my sandwich. Lastly, the floor was all ripped up and my brother cut his arm open and tripped. Worst experience ever.

Every time I go, I give them a chance after a chance they can never make a coffee correctly. Always taste the same no matter what flavor I ask for. Did not even put creamer in my coffee. If you ask me, it’s just laziness.

Hash Browns are always a disappoint. Please for the Love of God check and change your fryer oil often; or however these Hash browns are made? It’s so frequent. Unless Dunkin claims this is their flavor, and not the oil then your Hash brown flavor is awful just fyi. Hash browns at that price shouldn’t taste like month old fryer oil.

I’d give zero stars if I could, on 12/01/24 I entered the store around 11:15 due to heavy drive tru traffic. I waited in line to get my order the poorly trained girls in front taking orders was taking forever cause they didn’t know where a drink was under a simple pos system that even customers can use, using the kiosk. I order the same signature latte as the gentleman in front of me through the kiosk and food, I received my latte and felt cold outside the cup I proceeded to take a sip and was welcomed with a foul, disgusting sour, asparagus taste from a caramel latte, what did they use dirty sink water for my drink with whip cream on top? Like come on. So I proceeded to get a refund where I was shorted 2$, I went back to the location to retrieve the rest of my refund, instead of the manager being sympathetic or having an empathy, I was greeted with a rude ignorant manager with tattoos id give a name but I don’t remember due to being so upset by being told to “never come back to this location”. So unless you like a poorly managed, unsympathetic, and unhealthy unprofessional Dunkin’ Donuts I wouldn’t recommend this location at all poor service over all. I’m not one to write reviews but when your this ignorant you deserve it.

I went into the drive-thru, ordered a hot coffee with French vanilla creamer. Came up to the window they gave me an iced coffee, I told him it was the wrong order and the lady got rude and disrespectful with me. Horrible service and won't be back

They constantly get the orders wrong. I am surprised how slow the service is, for the number of employees they have. I like Dunkin Donuts. But it is truly sad to see such a poorly run store.

Poorly managed location !!!! I very rarely have issues with Dunkin. Unfortunately , I have had more issues with poor service at this location than others combined.
Mobile order at 6:40, 09/22/2024 , for an XL Hot Coffee with only cream. Slow service, very distracted employee, barely warm coffee, (not the first time at this location for that outcome) Politely requested a hotter coffee. Not sure what was done, I tasted the 2nd ,hotter,offering to fulfill my order and ...well it was hotter but had no coffee taste. I asked for the 'warm' coffee and left.

Much pricier than locations in taneytown or Westminster md but they did make our drinks correct and the line went quickly.
