The staff is very polite and friendly. I've been living out of the country now for a year, and this was a wonderful welcome home stop. Drinks and food came quickly. Everything was correct on the order as well.

This place has no management or mentoring of staff. They always have 4-6 kids talking and mingling with each other while there are lines and people waiting...and one of these days I will get a coffee that has a lid that does not leak all over the place. This place is terrible.

#1. I LOVE Dunkin. I travel for work and Dunkin is basically my lifeline for caffeine. This is the ONLY location the repeatedly screws up my mobile order by making the coffee disgustingly undrinkable, forgets items, and always seem to have a bad attitude. I can understand an incident here or there. This is the 3rd instance in a row at this particular location. Come on Dunkin.
