Today was our 3rd visit to Eisenhower diner. The first two times were fine. This time was not. This is the reasoning behind the 2 stars. They definitely don’t have enough employees. The “host” was unpleasant. Our waitress while sweet and kind was very much overwhelmed by her 5 tables and helping another waitress with a party table. She took our drink and food order at the same time. We got our food first. My husband ordered steak and eggs. The steak was supposed to be medium rare but was very rare and 40% fat. I ordered a chicken quesadilla that was nothing but grease and had a hair under it. We went with high hopes as our last 2 visits were fine. Will pass from now on.

It's listed as 24 hours on Google and on the Facebook page, and we arrived and the signs on the door still stay open. Unfortunately they were in fact not open. I did try calling with no answer. There's a large lock on the front entrance. We had a lovely experience here before but I'm simply disappointed with the times listed not being correct or enforced. Please correct your times on Google.

Went at the night time... the big bill bored said opened 24 hours and the neon sign said open but when i parked they're was no body their and the door was pad locked shut! What kind of busyness is ran here!!!

The staff is very friendly. The food is always served promptly and never disappoints.
First time going here tonight. Was a horrible experience. When sitting down at our booth the bench seat was broke. Feels like a spring popped on an old couch. Waitress comes to give us with the menu and asks "what you having". Very rude. Not a very welcoming experience to start. We ordered a burger and fries and the wife got spaghetti. Burger was bland, no flavor and the spaghetti looked like it had been pulled out from the fridge from last night's left overs. Ate a quarter of our food, paid the bill and left. Horrible experience with service and food. Won't be back.

Great price. Breakfast was good. Want to go back and try dinner. Very clean and nice atmosphere. There's not much I eat dinner wise here. But I enjoy their breakfast. Love their wraps.

Went to this diner for my birthday breakfast at 7:15 am today. We had to get our own cutlery and menu and seat ourselves. Once we seated ourselves, my husband and I saw 3 waitresses gathered at the bar talking, totally ignoring any customers coming in. We waited for 10 minutes and NO ONE came to our table to get our order so we left. We don't intend to patronize this diner in the future.
