Horrible customer service. I have been going to this restaurant for 10 years on and off . The food is hit & miss. Tonight we went to have a nice dinner and I happen to bring in a starbucks coffee. I guess the waitress didnt see me bring in my coffee. And I didnt think I was doing anything wrong. I have been to many restaurants and they let me bring in a bottled or a starbucks drink. Awful service and poor management at this location. No drink refills, wrong food delivered to the table, misleading information about promotions and worker (we didn’t even know who our server was due to different people coming to our table) didn’t even seem to care. Used to frequent here many times a month but now will be taking our business to Montezumas.
