The gentleman working this afternoon at 12 pm, doing a little of everything, greeting people, serving, cashing out etc was incredible. The service he provided was above what you expect at a sandwhich shop. Hes obviously a respectable and hardworking man. He deserves a raise 👏

We used to love Firehouse Subs...we always order our favorites. Its pricey to get food here, 2 large subs, $40 (no chips or drinks)! So we dont come here often. We got subs yesterday, I waited about 24 minutes for our order to get done. There was a young man there who was making the subs, but he didnt seem to know the menu. The 'manager' just stood around while this one kid tried to make the orders. He should have jumped in. I got the food home & when we opened our sand boxes, things got worse! We got 2 large subs...both of our subs had a short piece of sub 1/3 and the other side was 2/3. So the little 1/3 pieces of rolls are left from making other peoples orders were deliberately used. We called them 'Franken-subs'. I could elaborate more to talk about sub ingredients, freshness, portion sizes, but I wont. For sure, we will not be returning!! Oh yeah, one more thing...when u dine here & they ring u up, the card machine(or cashier) always asked if I wanted to 'round up' my purchase as a donation to the Firemans Fund. It made you feel good to help. However, the last few times were not that way...the only other screen was one asking for us to tip them!!! Why would I tip them? They are getting paid to do their job. Lastly...WE DIDNT EVEN GET PICKLES! WTH Firehouse Subs??

First and last time I will be stopping by at this location. Placed the order at 11 am. Pick up time was confirmed for 11:20am. I arrived service was slow, I asked the guy working if they had an order for my name. He said they are working on it. Next everyone leaves. Keep in mind I arrived at 11:17. I waited until 11:30. I asked about my order. The guy kept saying sorry I am working on it. He stated this about ten times. I leave with my food at 11:37. Order was just thrown together, he was so slow. I didnt even get my salad dressing. The kid thought it was a complete joke after I stated I need my food I am going to work. Staff was rude and a total jerk.

Great food
Very disappointed, usually love the food! Got the order completely wrong and barely put any meat on my sandwich and completely left off the bacon that was supposed to be on the sub!
I typically stop once a week for work. Same young man is always there and does a great job. Professional and courteous! Today 6/11 it appeared there was a meeting with various members of upper management present(which I know can intimidate some) but he delivered same service/product as always! Give this young man a raise!
I can’t speak for the atmosphere since my daughter picked up my order. The food was fresh and very good!
Ordered two fire house salads . One had no meat and one had brown lettuce. Asked for the meat which was given . Brown lettuce was at bottom of salad .
Good food, fresh food, fast service and easy to work.

You can never go wrong with Firehouse Subs. The food is so fresh. Service is always A+.
while they were making my order, I asked questions about some other subs on the menu and they likely answered my questions and educated me so I may have a new favorite sub now they are fantastic and I will definitely enjoy them in the future

Staff is always polite
I usually order the Engineer which is always great. The other day, I decided to try the Thanksgiving Turkey Sub. It was one of the worst subs I have had from any sub shop. First, couldn't find the cranberry sauce (looked closer and saw a smear). Second, the Turkey was extremely dry, and let's not even talk about the stuffing/dressing. Dry, crumbly, no seasoning, etc. This sandwich was a huge disappointment. Was totally looking forward for a taste of the holidays. Not sure if staff was unaware of how to make it, but this sandwich was definitely a miss.

We always enjoy Firehouse Subs. This location was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Our subs were hot, fresh, and tasty. Wish they would expand the menu eventually.
