This place used to be so awesome but in the last few weeks it seems to be under new staffing or something and it’s horrible. You can’t order anything without them being outve at least one menu item required on a sub such as a certain type of bread or meat or even cheese. Waited outside with a mobile order once for 40 mins just for them to tell me they was outve turkey😭 On top of that they sold me a large drink for the soda machine because “they didn’t have any other sizes” and then failed to mention the machine was completely broken for the ice, and only had hi C in it 😭😭😭 This used to be my go to place but this has happened the last 3-4 times i’ve been here now it’s always something. Not even tryna hate just inform 🙏

I wish I could give this place a Zero star rating. This place is horrible! Once you walk in, it’s very dirty. Tables with crumbs and leftover food, dirty floors. Even the bathrooms were bad! If you want a place that messes up on your order and doesn’t give you a good experience, this is the place to go! The service was horrible. I waited 10 minutes just to get my order taken. Then another 10 just to get it out to me. Then I got the wrong sub and it had tomato’s on it, which I had asked for them to be left off. What is going on with this place. The other owners were way better at keeping this place alive!

Me and my family ate here yesterday. This is our 2nd time here. We liked the food. The service was amazing like always. The food was good. The crew was nice there. Julian is an amazing person and he brought our food out to us and he was happy. He's a nice person.

My wife and I came to get cheesteaks, turns out they are not even open on a Tuesday night! What is going on with this place! We will be going to Jersey mikes instead!

Wish was a option for a zero horrible subs ordered a cheesesteak no cheese and worst sub ever I should have went to Jersey mikes never again

I hadn’t been to Firehouse Subs since I tried it once many years ago. We were looking for something different and are happy that we decided to stop in the Hanover location! We were a little overwhelmed by the menu at first but Jay was patient with our questions and happy to give suggestions. I’m not sure if the delicious food or the impeccable service was the best part! Thank you Jay. The world needs more people like you!
