I usually order the Engineer which is always great. The other day, I decided to try the Thanksgiving Turkey Sub. It was one of the worst subs I have had from any sub shop. First, couldn't find the cranberry sauce (looked closer and saw a smear). Second, the Turkey was extremely dry, and let's not even talk about the stuffing/dressing. Dry, crumbly, no seasoning, etc. This sandwich was a huge disappointment. Was totally looking forward for a taste of the holidays. Not sure if staff was unaware of how to make it, but this sandwich was definitely a miss.

We always enjoy Firehouse Subs. This location was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Our subs were hot, fresh, and tasty. Wish they would expand the menu eventually.

Went in today to pick up a DoorDash ordered. I was immediately greeted by another coworker making comments about another coworkers mom making inappropriate remarks about the mom’s race. This is not ok. I feel extremely bad for the girl.

As a dasher you walk in and are SOMETIMES greeted with a low tone “welcome to firehouse subs” (that sounds like they could choke having to say anything) if you’re not greeted, you are ignored, then asked who are you picking up for in an annoyed tone, followed by an even more annoyed tone of “we’re working on it”. You can hear the eye rolls that come from the staff that work days here. Girl with the long pony tail would probably crumble to the ground if she dare tried to smile. They all clearly are miserable working here, and I’m starting to think the reason for thr work station being so tall is to hide their god awful attitudes that are written all over their faces. One day while waiting on an order, I witnessed the manager bring her husband and two children into the place and walk right back into the kitchen area. The whole place is unprofessional, grossly snooty, and coming from a line of firefighters in my family, I hate the fact that these people represent a place that is suppose to help support our first line service men and women. Seriously need to do something about the attitudes here. I will never spend my actual money in here, due to how unwelcoming the day shift crew is. Evening shift has always been awesome!

Love their subs!
I have visited this location a few times and the food is always good and staff is always very nice.
This last visit nearly all napkin dispensers were empty and there were no paper towels in the bathroom. They were out of pickle buckets and even the flavor of vitamin water I wanted was out of stock.
