Fast and friendly service. The Supervisor on staff during the times that I go makes sure he is assisting customers. Never have I had an issue with my order being incorrect. This location is the best I have been to.

My husband and I visited after hearing great things about the burgers, and we were genuinely excited to try them. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite meet expectations. We ordered Cajun fries but were given regular fries, despite paying extra for the upgrade. On top of that, the burger bun was practically falling apart — it was soggy and didn’t hold up at all. We were hoping for a better first impression and left a bit disappointed.

Service is good but dang i remember I used to get a large fry and they would fill the bag, company got greedy and decided to take away something that made five guys special. 8$ definitely isn’t worth the amount they give you anymore, actually it’s about the equivalent of a large fry from McDonald’s when it comes to the current portion sizes. Lame. Kept trying bc I thought maybe it would get better or I was just going on a bad day but those fries get smaller every time I get them. Save your money. There’s local burger joints that are way better than this place and cheaper. Tbh idk why anybody puts up with the prices considering there’s a way better burger and fries down the road for half the price

Not even kidding, $22 for a combo meal?! It was nothing special, a Little Cheeseburger $9.29, Large Fry $7.69, and a regular soda $2.89. Let's break this price down a little. At Sam's club you can buy 10lb 80/20 hamburger for $45. This Little Burger is a .2lb 80/20 patty which means you can make 5 of these with 1lb of hamburger. That 10lb of burger from Sam's can make FIFTY patties this size. Bun, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mayo=$2 cost. Granted, if this thing was a masterpiece of hamburger and cheese, $9.29 would be reasonable but I have had Whoppers from BK and singles from Wendy's that blow this over-priced flavorless bucket of meh out of the water. I honestly don't understand why people think this place is all that. For $22 at Five Guys I can make a burger at home that is not even kidding 200% tastier for 25% the cost. And the fries? They're plain potatoes cooked in oil. And $2.89 gets an entire 2 liter of soda AT A CONVENIENCE STORE. What a ripoff.

The burger was really good for fast food quality. Fries were not good. Place seemed clean Way overpriced though
Kid-friendliness: Yes but they have self-serve peanuts that patrons can eat while they wait and I did not see anyone clean up behind that individual which concerns me for kids with peanut allergies.
