Just a little bit earlier this evening, I placed a carry out order. I asked for 2 cheesesteak subs WITH extra meet. I advised the young lady taking my order that this is my 3rd time there and the prior 2 times I asked and PAID for extra meat and did not get it. I said to PLEASE make sure it is on there this time. She said it prints on the order in the kitchen. Well, I went against my better judgement and did not check the subs before I left. I asked the young man when he brought the order out to me if they had extra meat snd he looked at the receipt and said yes. Needless to say there was NOT extra meat on either one of the subs. There was just a minimal amount. This has DEFINITELY been the LAST time I will patronize them. You have lost a customer!

There’s more onions than meat…and since when do we put liquid cheese on a cheesesteak? I’ve been ordering from genovas all over for years (the same sub) and never had a sub as bad as this one, but every time I order from this location, I am more than disappointed. Idk why I keep coming back. My daughter is spitting out a plethora of onions as we speak

Extremely disappointed with the customer service today. My family has always loved their food. The way the girl on the phone dismissed my problem with my pizza instead of trying to help come up with an option was sad. We will not be ordering from here again unfortunately. Customer service was just not a priority this time.
The food is mediocre, the staff is rude. When they mess up your order their response is “oh well”. Zero customer service, Poor attention to detail, very mediocre food, and an atmosphere of we are doing you a favor by screwing your order up and telling you to kick rocks has guaranteed that I won’t waste my dollar here again. This has happened multiple times over the last few years so unfortunately it’s not a one off experience.

This was my 1st time at Genova's, but it won't be my last. I had a steak sub and it was delicious. My dgt had the pizza and she also liked it very much. The place was clean, staff were kind and welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GINOVA'S
