Had jersey Mike's for the first time and got the cheesesteak. One of the best things I've ever eaten! Ate it so fast forgot to take a picture.

I’ll start with the positive. I came in with a group of five, and the employees did a great job making our sandwiches efficiently, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, I had a food safety concern with my sandwich. While my bread was being cut, I noticed the sandwich maker drag my sliced bread through chunks of tuna. I immediately pointed it out, and she wiped the area and sliced a new roll, which I appreciated.
However, when I later opened my sandwich to eat it, I found tuna on it again — this time at the very top where the sandwich had been sliced in half. That means the contamination occurred at the end of the process, despite already addressing it earlier. When you’re not ordering a tuna sandwich, this is not something you expect or want to find.
I’m sharing this feedback because if I were the owner or manager, I would want to know about a cross-contamination issue like this. If I lived in the area, I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning due to concerns about food handling and cross-contamination.

An unfortunately disappointing location. I love Jersey Mikes and was excited to have a location closer to me. I have given this location about 4-5 visits and unfortunately have found it lacking. The staff doesn't seem very competent or friendly. On one occasion, they kept me waiting quite a while for one sub while they focused on joking and conversing amongst themselves. The food is generally ok, but last time I visited the lettuce was very brown and they had a hard time finding condiments that were filled despite it not being busy.
This location should really take some notes from whoever is running the York store on Springwood Rd. They have it together over there -- service, quality, and cleanliness are always top notch. I'd rather drive the extra time there if my schedule allows.

I am very disappointed with them. I am Gluten free (and not by choice) they advertise they are happy to serve gluten free subs. I went to the Hanover PA location on Sat evening at 5:30 and went to order a sub and guess what they are out of gluten free bread. You know if it was 30 min before closing I might understand but dinner time on a sat. I bet they don’t run out of normal bread. Surely they can manage better than that, but obviously not. So they just lost a possible customer who is looking for good gluten free alternatives. They are not one.

They are so friendly and welcoming. The food is always so fresh and delicious.
Below average. Very little meat. Couldn't tell the difference between ham and turkey. Ordered extra bacon only got 1 slice total! Waste of $2.25!! Going back to Stultz's now they noe how to make a sandwich!! Jersey Mike's-10. Save your money!

Service here is never good. I have never had an online order I placed here actually be ready on time. Typically my order is ready more than fifteen minutes after the quoted pickup time. They need to either adjust the time windows they give for pickup orders or find a way to be better staffed, because this is an issue every single time.
