This is the best KFC Branch that I've ever been to. The staff were so nice especially the Latina cashier, her smile makes you feel comfortable. The food was warm unlike the other branches, it's cold and not crispy. Excellent job, KFC Hanover!

Stopped at KFC this evening to get my son a large mashed potatoes, the girl at the window gave me a small one. I told her I need a large one please, and she said oh no we don’t give refund and we don’t accept food back and she shut the window and left!!! I was like I didn’t ask for refund. Thank god the other guy stepped in and gave me the right size.

This KFC constantly leaves out parts of your orders, and the food is either over cooked and super dry/rock solid, or raw and pink. I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt, because every few trips everything will be just as you ordered, but a majority of the time, it's how I previously described.

RAW CHICKEN This place is like most KFC when it comes to cleanliness, they do the bare minimum. I get it's just a job to them but these people need to pick up their game especially when it comes to cooking, food illnesses are very dangerous. It is unsafe to eat here i got sick due to uncooked chicken that I did not notice and it was pretty greasy. This place needs better management and the health inspector needs to check this place out.

I always wondered why this location was never remodeled. The people and the service here is amazing and they’re consistent . I can guarantee if they can get a restaurant remodel, it’ll be the talk of the TOWN!!!
Apparently, when you order on the app, and then get to the window, if they are out of what you ordered, they can’t issue any refunds. Second time this has happened, and I will not be back.

I drive a big bucket teuck and can not fit thru drive thru and they still would serve me. Not very friendly. Because I should up when there lobby was closed.

Placed mobile order but they locked both doors. I could see my order on the counter, knocked mutiple times but they just ignored customers waiting outside? Would never come back.

Attention owner of the KFC on Carlisle St in Hanover PA…if you care at all about your restaurant location you would fire those idiots inside that “run” your establishment or else you will be out of business within 6 months. Good luck!

This has got to be one of the worst operating KFCs in the area. The staff will tell you they can only offer certain pieces of chicken during dinner hours or that the fryers are down. The food will be cold sometimes and not fresh, after the last third time I decided not to come back to this one. Go to the one in Gettysburg, PA, that franchise is much better ran with food and service.
