4 piece original wings....tiny..dried unable to eat...have pictures..received mashed potatoes instead of potato wedges..(staff did correct this) received 1 biscuit instead of the 2 ordered..soo dried and hard..unable to eat...KFC has always been my favorite... What happened...way to expensive to throw out...but I must add the coleslaw was great 👍 ...

No wonder the parking lot is empty. It is disappointing to note that the experience fell short of expectations, particularly when seeking a nostalgic KFC experience. Go somewhere else! This is the second time in two weeks that went and ordered a three piece with dark meat regular not crispy and was told that only have white meat and it would 15 minutes to get dark meat that isn’t crispy. I left without ordering.

This is the best KFC Branch that I've ever been to. The staff were so nice especially the Latina cashier, her smile makes you feel comfortable. The food was warm unlike the other branches, it's cold and not crispy. Excellent job, KFC Hanover!

Stopped at KFC this evening to get my son a large mashed potatoes, the girl at the window gave me a small one. I told her I need a large one please, and she said oh no we don’t give refund and we don’t accept food back and she shut the window and left!!! I was like I didn’t ask for refund. Thank god the other guy stepped in and gave me the right size.
This KFC constantly leaves out parts of your orders, and the food is either over cooked and super dry/rock solid, or raw and pink. I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt, because every few trips everything will be just as you ordered, but a majority of the time, it's how I previously described.

RAW CHICKEN This place is like most KFC when it comes to cleanliness, they do the bare minimum. I get it's just a job to them but these people need to pick up their game especially when it comes to cooking, food illnesses are very dangerous. It is unsafe to eat here i got sick due to uncooked chicken that I did not notice and it was pretty greasy. This place needs better management and the health inspector needs to check this place out.
